Your Mission: Crafting Seamless Experiences in the Sky
As our VVIP Flight Attendant, you'll be the sole cabin host for up to 12 guests per flight, operating in an environment where precision and poise are paramount. This role demands someone who can think on their feet, adapt gracefully to last-minute changes, and maintain impeccable standards from pre-flight preparation to post-flight wrap-up. What You'll Be Responsible For?
- Curating and organizing bespoke VIP catering that reflects the refined tastes of our VVIP clientele, from menu planning to presentation.
- Transforming the passenger cabin before each flight, ensuring every detail—from floral arrangements to amenities—creates a welcoming, luxurious atmosphere.
- Attending to up to 12 passengers with intuitive, unobtrusive service that anticipates their needs while respecting their privacy.
- Handling exclusive food and beverages with professionalism, whether it's a perfectly chilled champagne or a specially requested gourmet meal.
- Conducting thorough post-flight clean-up and resetting the cabin to pristine condition for the next journey.
Who We're Looking For?
We're seeking a polished, self-assured professional who combines a genuine passion for service with the discretion required in VVIP environments. To be considered, you should meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 21 years old.
- Hold a valid EU passport.
- Speak English fluently; additional languages are a valuable asset.
- Bring at least one year of experience as a VIP flight attendant in General Aviation, OR several years as commercial cabin crew on long-haul flights with Business or First-Class training, OR have completed professional training in hotel management at a 5-star hotel.
Beyond the qualifications, we're looking for someone who:
- Carries themselves with a friendly, confident demeanor and impeccable grooming.
- Takes initiative and feels a genuine sense of responsibility for every aspect of the guest experience.
- Remains flexible and resilient, embracing spontaneous schedule changes with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
- Possesses intuitive host-like skills—the ability to read a room, anticipate needs, and interact diplomatically with VVIP guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
