    • Ensuring cabin safety and strict compliance with all aviation regulations
    • Conducting thorough pre-flight safety checks and delivering clear, professional safety briefings
    • Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and order throughout the aircraft
    • Coordinating seamlessly with the cockpit and ground teams to ensure smooth operations
    • Managing in-flight amenities and inventory with meticulous attention to detail
    • Preparing the cabin for each flight segment and supporting special requests before, during, and after flights
    • Representing Barair with professionalism, cultural sensitivity, and the utmost discretion and confidentiality

    What We're Looking For?

We're seeking a candidate who brings both the technical expertise and the personal presence to excel in this elite environment. To be considered, you should offer:

    • Proven Flight Attendant experience, preferably in VIP or business aviation, with strong knowledge of in-cabin service standards
    • Familiarity with aviation operations and safety procedures, including regulatory requirements and emergency protocols
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with VVIP passengers from diverse cultural backgrounds
    • Comfort working in an aircraft environment, including long and irregular hours, international routes, and changing schedules
    • Fluency in English (essential); additional languages—especially Turkish and other widely spoken languages—are a significant advantage
    • Impeccable grooming, a professional demeanor, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively under time pressure
    • Flexibility to travel frequently, including weekends and holidays, and to adapt to dynamic operational needs

It's also highly beneficial if you have:

    • Relevant cabin crew certification and safety training; first aid and CPR certification is preferred
    • Previous experience in luxury hospitality, premium airlines, or concierge services
    • Experience on the Global 6000 aircraft is a definite plus
