Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old at the start of training and hold a school leaving certificate (at least secondary education with two years of work experience) or a completed vocational qualification. Excellent communication skills in German and English at a minimum B2 level are required. Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted passport, maintain a well-groomed appearance, and demonstrate professional manners that meet guest expectations. The ability to swim confidently, good general health confirmed by a positive medical fitness check, and a clear background check are essential—both of which will be supported by the airline. Additionally, the candidate must have their own mobile phone with an active contract.
