About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of the passenger experience—providing a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable journey for guests from around the world. Your days will be filled with variety: early morning day trips, overnight stays in exciting European cities, and the chance to work alongside a supportive and diverse team.

What We’re Looking For?
You don’t need prior flying experience—just the right mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service. Here’s what you’ll need to join us:
- Minimum age of 18 at the start of training
- At least a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) with 2 years of work experience, or completed vocational training
- Very good German and English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Valid, unrestricted passport and personal mobile phone with contract
- Professional appearance and the ability to adapt your style to different guests and situations
- Confidence in swimming
- Good overall health and a successful medical flight fitness examination (we’ll guide you through the process)
- Clean background check
