What You Bring to Our Team?
We believe the right attitude is your greatest qualification. Along with your vibrant personality and curiosity about the world, you should meet these practical requirements:
- You are at least 18 years old at the start of your training.
- A minimum of a secondary school leaving certificate (plus two years of work experience) or a completed vocational training.
- You possess strong German and English language skills (at least level B2).
- You hold a fully valid passport and have your own mobile phone with a contract.
- You take pride in your professional appearance and can adapt your service style to meet our guests' expectations.
- You are a confident swimmer.
- You are in good health and can pass the required medical fitness check and background screening (we'll guide you through this process).
