What We're Looking For?
Beyond your personality, passion for flying, and natural curiosity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: School diploma (minimum secondary school certificate with two years of work experience) or a completed vocational qualification
- Age: At least 18 years old at the start of training
- Passport: Hold a valid unrestricted passport
- Technology: Own a mobile phone with an active mobile plan
- Languages: Excellent German and English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Appearance: Professional appearance with manners that meet the expectations of our guests
- Swimming: Ability to swim confidently
- Health & Security: Good health (successful aviation medical examination) and the ability to pass a background/security check. Lufthansa City Airlines will support you through these processes.

- Permanent employment contract for long-term security

- Starting gross salary from €2,349 per month (full-time, including 65 block hours and a tax-free flight allowance)
