Your Role: Safety First, Service Always
Onboard our aircraft, you'll be part of a close-knit team of four—three Cabin Crew members led by an experienced Cabin Chief, all working together under the Captain's authority. It's a structure built on trust, communication, and shared responsibility.
Your day-to-day mission will revolve around three core pillars:
- Safety and Security First: Your primary responsibility is the protection of our passengers throughout the flight. You'll be vigilant, proactive, and ready to act—ensuring every safety procedure is followed with precision and care.
- Creating a Warm Travel Experience: You are the face of Transavia France. By offering a friendly, welcoming environment, you play a key role in turning first-time flyers into loyal customers who choose us again and again.
- Boosting Onboard Sales with a Smile: You'll promote our range of products with genuine enthusiasm, using your sales skills to enhance the passenger experience while contributing to our onboard success.

Who We're Looking For?
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential criteria:
- Hold a valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation).
- Possess a valid certificate of physical and mental fitness (aircrew license medical check, less than 2 years old).
- Have a valid passport with no restrictions on international travel.
- Speak English fluently at a minimum B2 level (CEFR), proven by a LILATE or LINGUASKILL test taken within the last 2 years, assessing Reading, Listening, and Speaking.
- Be rigorous, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with calm efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong adaptability—because in aviation, no two days are ever the same.
- Have a genuine love for connecting with people, whether working directly with passengers or collaborating with your onboard team.
- Possess natural sales abilities and the confidence to promote products in a warm, consultative way.
