Transavia France is looking for new Cabin Crew to join its growing team based at Orly. About the Role
As part of a crew of four—three Cabin Crew members led by a Purser under the authority of the Captain—you’ll be entrusted with both safety and service. Our passengers rely on you not only for their protection but also for creating a warm and enjoyable travel experience. At the same time, you’ll actively promote and enhance onboard sales, playing an important role in the overall customer journey.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring safety and security procedures are followed at every stage of the flight
- Delivering attentive, professional service to make every journey comfortable and welcoming
- Supporting the Purser and Captain in maintaining high operational standards
- Promoting and selling onboard products in a friendly, engaging way
- Adapting to different flight situations and passenger needs with professionalism
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking motivated professionals with a balance of discipline and warmth. To apply, you must have:
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and a current medical certificate (issued within the last 2 years)
- A valid passport allowing unrestricted travel
- Fluent English (B2 level CEFR or higher), demonstrated through a recognized test (LILATE or LINGUASKILL) taken within the past 2 years and covering reading, listening, and speaking skills
- Additional language skills are a strong advantage
- Strong adaptability, organizational skills, and teamwork spirit
- A natural ability for customer service, paired with sales confidence
