What You'll Bring to the Team

Before we talk about what we offer, let's make sure this role aligns with where you are right now. Here's what we're looking for:

    The Basics:

    • You're at least 18 years old.
    • You have completed a minimum of high school, FP1, or an equivalent level of education.
    • You hold a valid passport from a European Union country, along with a valid work permit for Spain. You'll also need a Spanish DNI or NIE.
    • You're available to live in Madrid—this is your base, and being local is essential.

    Your Certification and Health:

    • You must hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew certificate.
    • If you're an experienced crew member, you must have flown with an EASA airline within the last five years.
    • If you're new to the role, your EASA certificate needs to have been issued after June 2021.
    • You also need a valid EASA Cabin Crew medical certificate confirming you're fit for the role.

    Language and Service Skills:

    • You speak both English and Spanish fluently—no exceptions here.
    • You have a natural, excellent customer service attitude. That means patience, kindness, and a genuine desire to make people feel cared for.

    Practical Requirements:

    • You're available to attend in-person interviews and start your training in Madrid during June 2026.
    • A yellow fever vaccination is required to fly. If you don't have it yet, you can still apply—but you'll need to get it before you start operating flights.

    A Few Important Details

This role is based in Madrid, so you'll need to be ready to relocate or already live in the area. Training kicks off in June 2026, and you must be available for in-person interviews before that.
