Are you ready to play a key role in creating seamless, luxury experiences in the sky? Qatar Executive is seeking a Cabin Experience Specialist to join our Doha team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is perfectly prepared and that our passengers enjoy an unmatched in-flight experience.
What You’ll Be Doing?
As a Cabin Experience Specialist, you’ll support daily cabin operations and be responsible for preparing flights so that passengers enjoy a smooth and luxurious journey. You’ll coordinate directly with clients to confirm flight details and follow up after each trip to capture feedback and ensure satisfaction. Every flight should leave with catering, services, and equipment exactly as requested, so attention to detail is essential.
Your work will involve close collaboration with multiple departments, including Sales, Procurement, In-Flight Service, Product Development, Technical, and Catering, to make sure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll also provide guidance and support to Cabin Crew, helping them deliver superior service on board.
You will manage and track customer feedback, address queries and comments promptly, and maintain reports, presentations, and proposals to support our 24/7 operations. Other related duties may be assigned by the Head of Department to ensure smooth and excellent service at all times.
What We’re Looking For?
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, or high school/vocational/diploma with 5+ years in aviation, hospitality, travel & tourism, catering, sales, or event planning
- Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written; additional languages are a plus
- Strong understanding of business aviation, onboard products, and in-flight services
- Proven experience or knowledge in worldwide culinary standards and F&B service
- Background in aviation roles such as Cabin Crew, Catering, Operations, Lounges, or F&B is highly valued
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with the ability to foster collaboration across departments
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Flexibility to work within a shift roster supporting 24/7 operations
