What You'll Actually Be Doing?
In this role, you become the central hub for our cabin operations. Your mission? To make sure every Qatar Executive flight is immaculately prepared, from the champagne chilling to the pillows perfectly placed. You'll work directly with our discerning clients to confirm their preferences, then follow up after landing to capture feedback that helps us continually raise the bar. If a passenger requests a specific vintage or a particular amenity, you're the person who makes it happen.
Your days will be fast-paced and varied. One moment you might be coordinating with our Catering team to source a hard-to-find ingredient for a VIP client; the next, you're collaborating with In-Flight Service and Product Development to refine our onboard offerings. You'll also serve as a trusted resource for our Cabin Crew, offering guidance and support so they can deliver service that feels effortless and intuitive.
Because our operation runs 24/7, you should be comfortable working a shift-based roster.
What You'll Be Responsible For?
- Preparing every flight with precision, ensuring catering, equipment, and services match client requests exactly
- Acting as a direct point of contact for clients, confirming flight details and gathering post-flight feedback
- Collaborating seamlessly across multiple teams—Sales, Procurement, In-Flight Service, Product Development, Technical, and Catering
- Providing guidance and operational support to Cabin Crew to elevate their in-flight service delivery
- Tracking and managing customer feedback, responding to queries and comments with warmth and efficiency
- Maintaining reports, presentations, and proposals that keep our 24/7 operations running smoothly
Who We're Looking For?
We need someone who thrives under pressure, adapts easily to change, and never lets a detail slip through the cracks. You should have a genuine understanding of what makes business aviation exceptional—from world-class catering to flawless onboard products and service flow.
To succeed in this role, you'll need one of the following:
- A Bachelor's degree plus at least 4 years of relevant experience (in aviation, hospitality, travel and tourism, F&B, catering, sales, or event planning)
- Or a High School diploma, vocational certificate, or equivalent with at least 5 years of job-related experience in the fields listed above
You should also bring:
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without losing focus on quality
- A calm, steady approach to stress and dynamic operational changes
- Strong knowledge of business aviation, including onboard products and service standards
- A solid understanding of global cuisine and culinary trends
- Excellent English communication skills—both written and spoken (additional languages are a strong plus)
- Natural interpersonal and organisational abilities
- A true team spirit and the willingness to foster collaboration across departments
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
