About the Role
As a Cabin Crew Member with TUI, you'll be at the heart of our operation, delivering exceptional service with a "sales through service" mindset. Your highest priority is the safety of our customers, and you'll carefully and consistently follow all safety, first aid, and service procedures.
You'll communicate confidently, demonstrate emotional intelligence, and adapt your communication style to quickly build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. You're dedicated, passionate, and gain energy from working as part of a team to achieve great results.
Flexibility and resilience are key—you'll embrace change and unexpected situations, from schedule changes to onboard emergencies. You'll also quickly learn new technologies and encourage others to do the same.
Your Profile
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old by November 1, 2026
- Can reach a height of 1.89 m, without shoes and with your feet flat on the floor
- Physically capable of performing all legally required duties, including sitting correctly in a jump seat and fastening the shoulder harness
- Can swim at least 25 meters
- Willing to undergo drug and alcohol testing and an EASA Cabin Crew medical examination before and during your employment
- Speak, understand, and write Dutch and English to a very good standard, equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3
- Flexible and available to work within a 24/7 flight schedule
- Can report to Schiphol Airport within 60 minutes while wearing your uniform
- Hold a valid EU/EEA or Swiss passport with at least 6 months' validity remaining
- Able to obtain the necessary visas for travel—selected candidates must undergo a background check with positive results and provide proof of required vaccinations

- Training allowance of €175 gross per week—from the first day of your training
- 1-year annualized-hours contract upon successful completion of training
- Work 100% during the summer season (April–October) and 60% during the winter season (November–March)
- Receive the same salary each month, based on the average of those 12 months, equivalent to 83.33% of a full-time salary (€2,648.32 gross)
- A balanced roster—maximum of 17 working days scheduled within each 28-day period when working at 100%
- Free uniform and airport parking for work-related days
