    We are now recruiting Seasonal Cabin Crew to join our Bangkok (BKK) base for winter 2026/27. You'll operate on our modern Boeing 787 Dreamliners on long-haul international routes, working alongside a diverse, international crew and meeting passengers from all over the world.     This is a full-time position with a TEMPORARY 7-month contract, with the option to renew for the following winter season.

    What We're Looking For in a Candidate?

    To join our Seasonal Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

    Age & Language

    • At least 20 years of age
    • Fluent in English (CEFR level B2 or higher)—clear communication is essential

    Availability & Flexibility

    • Able to report to the airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty
    • Able to work on flights up to 14 hours in duration
    • Able to be away from home up to 20 days at a time
    • Able to start training in September or October

    Experience

    • Previous experience working for a European airline is preferred but not required—we welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds

    Physical Requirements

    To meet the demands of this role, you must:

    • Be at least 160 cm (63 inches) in height
    • Reach overhead bins with ease and without assistance
    • Stand for long periods of time wearing Company approved shoes
    • Easily fit into and wear the Company uniform for up to 18 hours
    • Swim 25 meters (length of an Olympic swimming pool) unaided
    • Meet all EASA medical requirements and obtain a medical certificate from an EASA certified Aeromedical Examiner (if you do not have one or if your current certificate is expired)
    • Pass drug and alcohol test

    Documents and Qualifications

    To be considered for this role, you must have:

    • Completed upper/senior secondary school "Matthayom Plai" or comparable level
    • Valid passport (validity minimum 1 year)
    • Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Norse Atlantic Airways
    • Able to obtain police certificate(s) from all countries where you have resided for more than 6 months during the last 5 years
    • Documentation of your activities during the last 5 years (employment, education, and/or unemployment). A letter will be required to explain gaps longer than 28 days
