We are now recruiting Seasonal Cabin Crew to join our Athens (ATH) base for the Winter 2026/27 season. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced cabin crew professionals who have previously worked at a European airline and are ready to take on the challenge of long-haul international operations onboard our modern Boeing 787 Dreamliners.

This is a full-time position with a temporary 7-month contract.

What We're Looking For in a Candidate?
To join our Seasonal Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
Experience
- Previous cabin crew experience at a European airline—this is essential
- Previous B777 or B787 experience is preferred but not required
Age
- At least 20 years of age
Language
- Fluent in English (CEFR level B2 or higher)
Availability & Flexibility
- Able to report to the airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty
- Able to work on flights up to 14 hours in duration
- Able to be away from home up to 20 days at a time
- Able to start training in September (possibly October)
Documents and Qualifications
You'll need to provide the following documentation:
- Completed education to a minimum level of High School or comparable level
- Valid passport (validity minimum 1 year)
- Legal right to work and live in Greece and the EU
- Greek Social Security Number (AMKA)
- Greek Tax Identification Number (AFM)
- Legal right to travel unrestricted to and from all countries flown by Norse Atlantic Airways
- A valid class 2 medical
- Hold a valid EASA CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation issued from an EASA member state)
- Documented flying experience at a European airline in the last 5 years
- Able to obtain a police certificate(s) from all countries where you have resided for more than 6 months during the last 5 years
- Documentation of your activities during the last 5 years (employment, education, and/or unemployment). A letter will be required to explain gaps longer than 28 days.
Physical Requirements
To meet the demands of the role, you'll need to:
- Be at least 160 cm (63 inches) in height
- Reach overhead bins with ease and without assistance
- Stand for long periods of time wearing Company approved shoes
- Easily fit into and wear the Company uniform for up to 18 hours
- Swim 25 meters (length of Olympic swimming pool) unaided
- Meet all EASA medical requirements and obtain a medical certificate from an EASA certified Aeromedical Examiner (if you do not have one or if your current certificate is expired)
- Pass drug and alcohol test
