About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety and security for all passengers and crew while handling emergency procedures with professionalism and composure
- Delivering exceptional hospitality by anticipating passenger needs and creating a positive, welcoming travel experience
- Representing Nile Air with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence in every interaction
- Working collaboratively with fellow crew members and ground staff to ensure smooth flight operations
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Languages: Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage and will make you stand out)
- Personal Qualities: Highly punctual, reliable, and able to maintain a professional demeanor at all times
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills—you genuinely enjoy connecting with people
- Flexibility: Flexible and adaptable to operational schedules, including shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Experience: For experienced cabin crew: Valid Cabin Crew License with current Airbus A320/A321 type qualification is required
Physical Requirements
- Minimum accepted height for ladies: 160 cm
- Minimum accepted height for gentlemen: 170 cm
- Body weight must be proportional to height, as per standard set by the company
