Who We're Looking For?
We're building a team of people who want to make their mark. The ideal candidate brings energy, warmth, and a genuine commitment to service excellence. To be considered for our Trainee Cabin Crew program, you'll need:
- To be of legal age (18 years or older)
- Completed high school education, with a physical copy of your certificate
- Advanced or conversational English skills
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar people-focused role
- Full flexibility for shift work and a willingness to relocate if needed
- A valid Mexican passport with at least 9 months of validity remaining from your application date
- A valid US visa with at least 9 months validity, OR a verifiable appointment to begin the application process
