Your Role: The Face of a Flawless Journey
As our VIP Flight Attendant on the Global XRS, you'll be the sole cabin professional responsible for crafting an effortless, five-star experience for every passenger. You will work autonomously while coordinating seamlessly with the flight crew and operations team. Your domain is the cabin—from pre-flight preparation and catering curation to in-flight service and post-flight replenishment. You'll anticipate needs before they arise, handle high-pressure situations with grace, and ensure every detail reflects Haute Aviation's reputation for understated luxury.
What You'll Do?
- Maintain unwavering cabin safety and ensure full compliance with all operational procedures
- Deliver discreet, intuitive VIP service tailored to each passenger's preferences
- Plan and order catering, liaising confidently with top restaurants and hotels across Europe
- Manage all aspects of cabin preparation, service execution, and post-flight restoration
- Oversee inventory, stock control, and cabin supplies with meticulous attention
- Present meals and welcome snacks with care, including simple plate assembly independently
- Collaborate closely with pilots and ground operations for a seamless end-to-end experience
What We're Looking For?
We're seeking a seasoned professional who brings both experience and presence to the role. To succeed with us, you should have:
- Minimum age of 25
- Fluency in English (German or French is a strong advantage)
- Confidence in arranging bespoke catering with high-end restaurants and hotels
- Competence in creating simple, elegant plates and welcome snacks independently
- A minimum of 3 years of dedicated business aviation flight attendant experience
- (First Class airline or ultra-luxury hospitality background is a valuable plus)
- Proven ability to perform under pressure and adapt gracefully across different time zones
- Flexibility and genuine availability for irregular duty schedules
- Comfort and poise when working with high-expectation, discerning clients
- Valid Swiss or EU/EEA passport
- Willingness to work a 17/13 duty pattern
- Availability to start 1 June 2026, or by mutual agreement
