As a Sundair Flight Attendant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring passenger safety and comfort throughout every journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the proper implementation of all applicable onboard safety regulations—safety is always our top priority
- Providing professional passenger care from boarding through disembarkation—every interaction matters
- Delivering excellent onboard service with a customer-focused approach—you'll create memorable experiences for our guests
- Handling challenging situations and individual passenger requests with confidence and professionalism
- Representing SUNDAIR with a professional, friendly, and authentic attitude—you're the face of our airline
- Working closely with the flight deck and cabin leadership to ensure smooth flight operations
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable safety, quality, and service standards
What We're Looking For?
To join our experienced Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum age: 19 years
- At least 1 year of experience as a Cabin Crew Member—you already understand the demands of the role
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) in accordance with EASA ORO.CC 120—this is essential
- Valid Medical Certificate and a current negative drug screening
- A valid Security Background Check (ZÜP) is an advantage
- Excellent German and English language skills—you'll communicate with passengers and crew in both languages
- Residence near, or ability to reach Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) within 60 minutes for standby duties
- High level of resilience, strong customer service orientation, and a strong safety mindset
- Excellent communication, flexibility, and teamwork skills
- Friendly, approachable personality with a well-groomed appearance
- Strong intercultural competence—you'll work with passengers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Valid, unrestricted EU passport with at least 6 months of remaining validity. Non-EU citizens must also hold a permanent residence and work permit
- Comfortable using digital tools and have access to a tablet or PC for briefings, roster management, and flight preparation
