- Updated CV – showcasing your experience and qualifications
- One portrait photo and one full-length photo – we want to see your professional presentation
- Colour copies of ID card, passport, and health insurance card – essential documentation for your application
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 18 years old – you're ready to start your career
- Height between 160 cm and 185 cm – to safely perform all cabin duties
- High School Diploma – completed secondary education
- Fluent Italian and English – you'll be communicating with passengers and crew in both languages (German is a plus and will make you stand out)
- Valid passport – for international travel
- Good swimming skills – a safety requirement for all cabin crew
- Clean criminal record – essential for aviation security
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Cabin Crew uniform
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude – you genuinely enjoy helping others

Compensation Overview
We believe in rewarding our people fairly. The hiring is planned at the junior level, which lasts for 6 months. At the end of the semester, advancement to the next level, "A," is expected.
Fixed Compensation (rounded amounts are gross and calculated on an annual basis):
- Approximately €15,450 gross per year, which includes:
- Base salary
- Guaranteed flight allowance for 40 flight hours per month
- Operational allowance paid in June
- 13th-month salary paid in December
Additional Variable Compensation (if applicable):
- Flight-hour allowance exceeding 40 hours
- Daily allowances
- Stand-by allowance (when applicable)
- MustGo and ground shuttle allowance
- Miscellaneous and other potential benefits
