What You'll Be Doing?
As an Experienced Flight Attendant with Fly2Sky, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every passenger enjoys a safe, comfortable, and professional journey. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring passenger safety and compliance with all applicable safety and operational procedures—safety is never compromised
- Performing all required pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight cabin duties—from safety checks to cabin preparation and reset
- Delivering professional and attentive service to passengers throughout the flight—creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest
- Conducting safety demonstrations and ensuring compliance with all cabin safety requirements
- Responding effectively to passenger needs, operational challenges, and emergency situations—remaining calm, capable, and reassuring under pressure
- Maintaining a courteous and professional approach, including in demanding or challenging situations—you handle every interaction with grace
- Working closely with fellow Cabin Crew members and Flight Crew to ensure safe and efficient operations—teamwork is essential
- Representing Fly2Sky Airlines professionally across our international network and operational bases—you're an ambassador of our brand
What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Crew team for the Summer 2026 season, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant / Cabin Crew Member—you already know the role inside and out
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) with Airbus A320 qualification—this is essential for the role
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken—clear communication is critical
- Flexibility and willingness to work on shifts and irregular schedules—aviation operates 24/7
- Availability for international assignments and extended stays abroad—you're ready for the adventure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills—you collaborate effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to remain professional and courteous in challenging situations
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural, and international working environment—flexibility and cultural awareness are key
