- Bring prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the airline industry—you understand what it takes to make people feel valued.
- Maintain exceptional grooming and personal presentation, representing the Qantas brand with pride.
- Are based in Singapore and hold valid, unrestricted working rights to operate as a QCCS team member in this location.
Essential Requirements for the Unique Aircraft Environment
To ensure you can perform safely and effectively in this role, you'll also need to meet the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a maximum height of 186 cm.
- Be able to reach 212 cm overhead (barefoot, with fingertips extending past 212 cm using both hands simultaneously).
- Hold a passport with at least 12 months validity and unrestricted access to all Qantas ports of call.
- Demonstrate sound written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Possess a RSA 'Statement of Attainment' from a Nationally Accredited Provider, or be willing to obtain one promptly.
- Successfully complete a Pre-Employment Medical examination.
- Maintain excellent health and fitness, including the ability to swim 50 metres fully clothed and tread water unassisted for 3 minutes.
