What You'll Be Doing Onboard?

Who We're Looking For?
We believe the right attitude matters as much as experience. If you're naturally outgoing, level-headed under pressure, and truly enjoy helping others, you'll fit right in.
For Aspiring Crew (No Experience Needed):
- At least 18 years old
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (additional languages are a welcome bonus)
- Valid Bulgarian international passport with no travel restrictions
- Clean criminal record
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required
For Experienced Crew:
- Valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation issued by an EU country
- Valid Cabin Crew medical certificate
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Valid Bulgarian international passport with no restrictions
- Clean criminal record
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment
Everyone Must Also Have:
- Ability to swim
- Proficiency in Bulgarian language
- No visible tattoos while in uniform
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays—aviation is a 24/7 world
- Composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
