Who We're Looking For?
We welcome candidates with a background in:
- First Class or Business Class Cabin Crew (minimum 1 year)—you've delivered high-end, fine dining experiences and bespoke service while maintaining 5-star airline standards
- Cabin Leaders—you've led a team and set the standard for service excellence
- VIP Cabin Host/Hostess—you understand the nuances of private aviation and VIP service
- Luxury Yacht Crew—you know what it takes to deliver refined hospitality in a confined, high-expectation environment
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

- Calm confidence, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of discretion and exclusivity—you're unfazed by high expectations and handle every situation with composure

Operational Requirements
- Roster Pattern: 17 days on / 13 days off—a balanced schedule that allows you to recharge and explore
- Legal right to work in Hong Kong (e.g., Permanent Resident, Dependent Visa)—this is essential
- Strong command of written and spoken English—clear communication is essential
- A clean criminal record check (CRC), a clean drug test, and worldwide travel-ready vaccination record—you're ready to operate globally
