As a VistaJet Cabin Host or Hostess, you step into a role that is part ambassador, part artist, and always the heart of the onboard experience. You will welcome some of the world's most accomplished individuals into your care, ensuring every moment they spend with us feels effortless, intentional, and deeply personal. From a thoughtfully arranged cabin to a perfectly timed refreshment, your work will speak volumes without words.
You will operate on a thoughtfully designed roster of 17 days on, 13 days off, allowing you to explore the world while maintaining balance and wellbeing. Your journey begins with an immersive training programme at our state-of-the-art facility in Malta, where you will refine your craft alongside industry-leading trainers who share your passion for excellence.
What You'll Bring to the Sky?
We are looking for someone who embodies warmth, discretion, and an unwavering commitment to quality. You don't just perform tasks—you create experiences. To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine passion for luxury service, with an instinctive ability to notice and act upon the smallest details that elevate a journey from simply pleasant to truly memorable.
- An elegant and approachable presence that puts clients at ease, whether they are boarding for a business flight or a family holiday.
- Exceptional language skills, with fluency in spoken and written English, along with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese to serve our diverse clientele across China and beyond.
- Proven experience working with high-net-worth individuals within a premium hospitality environment—think five-star hotels, luxury yachts, fine dining, or exclusive private members' clubs.
- Flexibility and foresight, including a willingness to obtain a second passport from your home country to ensure seamless global operations.
