Your Purpose: Safety Meets Six-Star Service
At Alex Jet, your foremost responsibility is the safety and security of everyone onboard. But in private aviation, safety is just the foundation. You will be the architect of each Guest's experience, ensuring every detail—from pre-flight preparation to the final farewell—reflects our commitment to consistent, exceptional service. You'll work autonomously yet collaboratively, coordinating with pilots and ground teams to maintain an impeccably appointed cabin, while capturing subtle feedback to refine our Guest profiles for future journeys.
What You'll Do, Flight After Flight?
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, service, and security as outlined in our Cabin Service Manual, remaining calm and collected even as operational demands shift.
- Deliver a personalized onboard experience that anticipates Guest preferences and exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
- Maintain constant, professional communication with supervisors, sharing observations and VIP feedback to keep Guest profiles current and relevant.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and requirements, continuously updating your knowledge and credentials to excel in private aviation.
- Keep all mandatory documentation current—including passport, visas, GCAA licenses, and training certificates—ensuring you're always ready for deployment.
- Partner seamlessly with pilots, maintenance, and cleaning crews to guarantee the aircraft is spotless, fully stocked, and prepared for every departure.
Who We're Looking For?
You bring a combination of polished professionalism, genuine warmth, and unwavering attention to detail. Our ideal candidate possesses:
- A high school diploma as a foundational requirement.
- Four years of experience in a similar role within private or business aviation, complemented by at least two years in high-end hospitality or luxury service environments.
- Current certifications including Ab Initio, SEP, Service Training, First Aid, and CRM.
- A naturally positive attitude and an intuitive ability to deliver excellent service without being asked.
- Impeccable grooming, refined etiquette, and the discretion expected in VIP environments.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Superior planning, organizational, and integration abilities—you see the big picture and manage the smallest details.
