What We're Looking For?
To be considered for our holding pool, you'll need to meet these essential criteria:
- At least 18 years old
- Completed high school education
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written (additional languages like French, Italian, or German are a plus)
- The right to live and work in the EU (or ability to obtain a work permit)
- Ability to pass a comprehensive 5-year background check
- Good overall health and professional appearance
- Flexibility to embrace shift work and frequent travel
- Possession of an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation is desirable but not required
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
While experience isn't necessary, certain qualities will make you a stronger candidate:
- Previous flying experience on Boeing 737 (an advantage, but absolutely not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Composure under pressure and the ability to stay calm when things get busy
- Natural teamwork instinct and a genuine customer service mindset
