From the moment you conduct your pre-flight safety briefings to the final post-flight cabin inspection, every action reflects your commitment to the highest standards. You will work in close coordination with flight crew and ground operations, creating a seamless experience where safety and luxury exist in perfect balance.
What Your Days Will Entail?
- Upholding the safety and security of passengers and crew as your non-negotiable priority, strictly following all aviation regulations and company protocols.
- Curating and delivering a truly bespoke inflight experience, where every detail—from gourmet catering presentation to the selection of premium beverages—reflects VVIP expectations.
- Reading the room with quiet intuition, anticipating passenger preferences before they are expressed, and responding with grace and discretion.
- Conducting meticulous pre-flight and post-flight cabin inspections to ensure every surface, amenity, and detail is presented to perfection.
- Managing onboard inventory with precision, from luxury amenities to catering logistics, ensuring nothing is overlooked.
- Handling all passenger and operational information with the utmost confidentiality, earning trust through your professionalism.
- Collaborating seamlessly with pilots and ground teams to ensure every flight unfolds without a hitch.
The Professional We're Seeking
This role demands more than experience—it requires a lifetime of dedication to the craft. Our ideal candidate brings:
- A minimum of 10 years of professional aviation experience, with a proven track record as an Inflight Service Professional specifically within private aviation.
- Full professional fluency in English; proficiency in French is highly desirable, and any additional languages are a strong advantage.
- An impeccable professional presence, natural discretion, and the interpersonal finesse to navigate any situation with poise.
- A calm, solution-focused mindset that thrives under pressure, never losing composure when challenges arise.
- The physical capability to stand for extended periods and assist with luggage as operational needs require.
- Genuine flexibility and willingness to operate on international routes, including weekends and holidays, understanding that this lifestyle is part of the privilege.
- A homebase located in Central Europe, with the ability to deploy as needed.
