Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old at the start of the training, have very good language skills in German and English (at least Level B2), and have at least 12 months of flight experience. The candidate must possess a valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation) and an unrestricted valid passport, own a personal mobile phone with a mobile contract, and always pay attention to appearance while adapting manners to meet the expectations of guests. Additionally, the candidate must be able to swim confidently, be in good health (with a positive medical fitness assessment), and pass a positive reliability check.

Lufthansa City Airlines offers a permanent employment contract in a young and growing company within the Lufthansa Group. The possibility exists to recognize your previous experience of up to 5 years with a higher classification in the pay scale, offering a gross starting salary, including a tax-free flight allowance, of up to €2,596 per month full-time (including 65 block hours). The employment contract ensures the payment of the full base salary from day 1, including during the training period. After at least 6 months of flight experience with Lufthansa City Airlines, a part-time option may be available, depending on availability. The position provides exciting destinations and a good mix of day trips and overnight stays in Germany and across Europe. Additionally, there is the opportunity to use an attractive ID travel offer starting from day 1 of training (probation period: LH only). A subsidy for the Germany ticket or free parking at the airport is also offered.
