- Being the face of our new airline, delivering the proven Lufthansa quality with a modern, personal touch on short- and medium-haul routes.
- Leveraging your flight experience to enhance safety, service efficiency, and team mentorship from day one.
- Contributing your unique skills and ideas to help shape our onboard service and corporate culture as we grow.
- Enjoying a balanced roster with a compelling mix of day returns and layovers across Germany and Europe.
Your Profile: Experienced, Professional, and Ready to Grow
We are specifically seeking cabin crew who already know the skies and are ready for a stable, rewarding next step. To join our pioneering team, you should bring:
- A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) and a minimum of 12 months of verifiable flight experience.
- A school-leaving certificate (e.g., Mittlere Reife) with at least 2 years of work experience, OR a completed vocational training.
- Excellent German and English language skills (at least level B2).
- A valid, unrestricted passport and confident swimming ability.
- A professional, well-groomed appearance and the social intelligence to adapt to diverse guest expectations.
- You must be at least 18 years old, in good health (with a positive medical assessment), and pass a background security check (we will guide you through this).

Your Compensation & Career:
- A permanent employment contract with a full base salary paid from the very first day of training.
- Recognition of your experience: Up to 5 years of prior service can be credited for a higher entry pay grade. Your full-time gross starting salary, including tax-free flight allowances, can reach up to €2,596 per month (at 65 block hours).
- Potential qualification for an additional LFA (Long-Flight Attendant) allowance.
- The option to move to part-time after gaining at least 6 months of flight experience with us.
