What We're Looking For?
In addition to your personality, passion for flying, and curiosity, you must meet the following requirements to work as a Flight Attendant with Lufthansa City Airlines:
- Completed secondary education or vocational training—with a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss), an additional 2 years of professional experience are required
- Minimum age of 18 at the start of training
- An unrestricted valid passport
- A valid CCA (Cabin Crew Attestation) —essential for this role
- At least 12 months of flight experience—you already know the world of aviation
- Your own mobile phone with a mobile phone contract
- Excellent German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)—clear communication is key
- A well-groomed appearance and the ability to adapt your conduct and manners to meet our guests' expectations
- Ability to swim confidently
- Good health, including a positive medical fitness assessment, and a positive background/reliability check (we will support you with this process)
What We Offer?
Employment Package
- Permanent employment contract—stability and security from day one
- Full basic salary paid from day one, including the training period
- Part-time option, subject to availability, after at least 6 months of flight experience with Lufthansa City Airlines
Compensation
- Recognition of up to 4 years of previous experience through higher salary classification
- Maximum gross starting salary including tax-free flight allowance of €2,779 per month for full-time employment (65 block hours)
- Possibility of receiving an LFA allowance (with at least 12 months of previous experience)
