    What We're Looking For?

    Beyond your personality, passion for flying, and curiosity, you should bring the following qualifications:

    • Education: School diploma (minimum lower secondary school certificate with 2 years of work experience) or completed vocational training
    • Minimum age: 18 years at the start of training
    • Passport: Valid unrestricted passport
    • Certification: Valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) – essential
    • Experience: At least 12 months of flight experience
    • Technology: A personal mobile phone with an active mobile contract
    • Languages: Excellent German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
    • Appearance: Professional appearance with the ability to adapt your manners to meet guest expectations
    • Swimming: Ability to swim confidently
    • Health: Good health and ability to pass a successful aviation medical examination
    • Security: Successful background/security check (support is provided throughout this process)

    Employment & Compensation:

    • Permanent employment contract for long-term stability
    • Full base salary paid from day one, including the training period
    • Part-time opportunities (subject to availability) after at least 6 months of flight experience with Lufthansa City Airlines
    • Recognition of up to 4 years of previous experience, with higher salary classification and a starting gross monthly salary of up to €2,596 (including tax-free flight allowance) based on full-time employment (65 block hours)
    • Eligibility for an additional LFA allowance after 12 months of previous flight experience
