What You’ll Do?
Your mission is to ensure that every passenger’s experience feels effortless and extraordinary. From flight preparation to post-flight details, you’ll manage every element of service and safety onboard.
You will:
- Conduct thorough cabin and safety checks prior to each flight
- Coordinate with pilots and ground crews to ensure the aircraft is fully serviced and spotless
- Plan, order, and prepare gourmet meals and beverages tailored to passenger preferences
- Operate and brief passengers on onboard technology, entertainment systems, and connectivity options
- Deliver personalized, intuitive service to guests, including families and passengers with special needs
- Manage onboard inventory and source vendors for galley, lavatory, and cabin supplies
- Handle catering logistics, reports, and standard stock lists to maintain consistency across flights
- Assist flight crew with safety-related tasks and lead cabin procedures during emergencies if necessary
- Maintain complete confidentiality and professionalism at all times
You should also feel comfortable handling fine ingredients (including shellfish, nuts, soy, and dairy), working in an environment where pets or smoking may occasionally be present, and adapting quickly to each flight’s unique requirements.
Who You Are?
- You hold a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred)
- You have 3+ years of experience in private or commercial First/Business Class service—or luxury hospitality sectors such as yachting or five-star hotels
- You are legally eligible to work and live in the U.S. (U.S. passport or Green Card required)
- You can obtain crew visas and a second passport if necessary
- You hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
- You bring a refined eye for detail, poise under pressure, and the ability to prioritize in dynamic situations
- You’re passionate about five-star service and comfortable working weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
- You can lift and handle emergency equipment, such as life rafts (60 lbs) and aircraft doors (up to 130 lbs)
- Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of other languages or international service experience is a valuable plus.
