Do You Have What It Takes to Fly With Us?
We're looking for individuals who bring professionalism, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for people. To join our crew, you'll need:
- A minimum age of 18 years.
- Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken), equivalent to a B2 level, which will be assessed during our selection process. Knowledge of additional languages like French, Italian, Spanish, or Greek is a significant advantage.
- A European passport and an Italian codice fiscale.
- Outstanding customer service skills—think empathy, patience, and a natural ability to handle diverse situations with a smile.
- To be medically fit to pass the EASA medical examination.
- A clean criminal record and the ability to swim 100 meters.
- A professional appearance, with no visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform, and a minimum height of 157 cm (barefoot).
- Residence within a 60-minute commute of your chosen base airport (Olbia, Florence, or Bari).
