What You'll Need to Join Our Crew?
We're looking for people who are ready to commit, connect, and grow. Here's what you'll need to bring:
- Age 18+ – The minimum required to fly as Cabin Crew.
- Advanced English (B2 level) – Clear communication is everything in aviation. Your English skills will be tested during selection.
- European passport – Essential for flying unrestricted across our network.
- Codice fiscale – A legal requirement for working in Italy.
- Clean criminal record – Standard and necessary.
- Fit to pass the EASA medical examination – Your health and safety—and our passengers'—come first.
- Ability to swim 100 metres – A key water safety requirement.
- Live within 60 minutes of your base airport – So you're ready when we need you.
- No visible tattoos or piercings – Maintaining our professional, polished image.
- Minimum height of 157 cm (without shoes) – To safely access all onboard equipment.
- Cabin Crew Attestation – If you don't already have it, don't worry. We'll train you.
- Languages are a plus! If you speak French, Italian, Spanish, German, Algerian Arabic, or Greek, you'll have even more opportunities to shine.
