What You'll Be Doing?
As a Volaris Flight Attendant, you'll work closely with the Captain and the Cabin Chief to create a safe, smooth, and welcoming environment for every guest. Your role goes beyond service—you'll anticipate passenger needs, follow established procedures with precision, and represent the warm, efficient spirit of the Volaris brand on every flight. Whether you're based in a bustling hub or a growing regional airport, your professionalism and attention to detail will make a real difference in our customers' journey.
Important: This role requires immediate availability to relocate to one of our operating bases:
- Tijuana
- Guadalajara
- Monterrey
- BajÃo
- Cancún
What We're Looking For?
We take safety and compliance seriously. To be considered, you must have the following valid documents ready:
- AFAC Flight Attendant License
- APTA Psychophysical Aptitude Certificate
- Mexican Passport
- A US Tourist Visa is desirable but not required at the time of application.
Beyond your credentials, we're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience in customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- An intermediate level of English—you should be able to understand and converse comfortably. We will validate your proficiency.
- Strong technical knowledge of cabin operations and safety procedures (validation will also be conducted).
- Full availability to work on rotating shifts, any day of the week from Sunday through Saturday.
