The Role: Trainee Flight Attendant with License
As a trainee flight attendant at Volaris, you'll join our cabin crew and onboard service team as a vital member of the flight. You'll work alongside the Captain and the Chief Purser, delivering excellent service and ensuring passenger needs and expectations are met according to our established procedures. This is a hands-on role where your training, your attitude, and your commitment to safety will shine.
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this opportunity, you must come prepared with the following valid documents and qualifications:
- Valid credentials: AFAC flight attendant license, APTA medical certificate, and Mexican passport (all required)
- U.S. travel document: U.S. tourist visa or confirmed embassy appointment (preferred)
- Customer service experience: Previous experience in customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory
- English skills: Intermediate comprehension and conversation skills in English (will be assessed)
- Technical knowledge: Strong technical understanding of cabin crew duties (will be evaluated)
- Schedule flexibility: Full availability Monday through Sunday, including rotating shifts
