Your Role Onboard
As a Licensed Flight Attendant with Volaris, you'll be an essential part of our Customer Service and Operations team. Working alongside the Captain and Purser, your primary mission is to ensure every passenger feels welcomed, safe, and well-cared for throughout their journey. You'll follow established procedures with precision while bringing your own warmth and professionalism to every interaction. From safety briefings to in-flight service, you'll be the face of Volaris—and the reason our passengers choose to fly with us again.
What We're Looking For?
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Possess intermediate English comprehension and conversation skills (an evaluation will be conducted as part of the hiring process).
- Hold valid and current documentation: AFAC Flight Attendant License, APTA Psychophysical Aptitude Certificate, and a Mexican Passport.
- Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge (an evaluation will also be conducted).
- Have full and immediate availability for relocation to Tijuana.
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including Monday through Sunday on rotating shifts.
It's a plus if you also have:
- A valid U.S. Tourist Visa.
- Previous experience in customer service roles.
