Join AirX as a VIP Flight Attendant – Challenger 850 Fleet!
AirX is growing fast. As a dynamic player in the global air charter industry, we operate a diverse fleet across the world, and we're looking for an experienced Flight Attendant to join our team specifically onboard our Challenger 850 aircraft. If you understand that true luxury service is about anticipation, intuition, and genuine warmth—not just following a checklist—this role could be your perfect fit.
You Are More Than Crew – You Are Our Ambassador!
At AirX, we view our Flight Attendants as the living embodiment of our brand. You will often be the first person a passenger interacts with, and sometimes the only one they remember. That's a responsibility we take seriously—and we know you will too.
Yes, safety is always your number one priority. But what sets our crew apart is the level of thoughtfulness they bring to every journey. We hire for skills that go far beyond the basics. We look for people who:
- Greet passengers in their own native language, making them feel instantly at home.
- Remember that a returning traveler prefers his aisle seat, a specific newspaper, his favorite slippers, and a chilled glass of sparkling water upon boarding.
- Recall a passing comment from a previous flight—like asking a proud mother how her daughter's exam results turned out.
That kind of perceptiveness doesn't come from a manual. It comes from genuinely caring about people. We value Flight Attendants who can read a room, interpret subtle cues, and adjust their service style accordingly—whether a passenger wants conversation, quiet, or something in between.
You'll also act as the onboard administrative lead, managing stock, inventory, and concierge reporting to ensure every flight runs seamlessly from start to finish.
What You'll Do Day to Day?
- Keep the cabin impeccably clean, organized, and welcoming throughout every phase of flight.
- Double-check that all refreshments, toiletries, and amenities are stocked and ready before passengers arrive.
- Welcome guests warmly as they board, assist them to their seats, and help with luggage during embarkation and disembarkation.
- Clearly brief passengers on safety procedures and demonstrate the proper use of emergency equipment.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages with elegance and attention to detail.
- Stay knowledgeable about the company, flight route, weather, estimated arrival times, and available refreshments.
- Administer first aid if needed, or coordinate emergency medical efforts.
- Complete the Cabin Defects Log to document any cabin issues and report them directly to the Commander.
- Submit detailed End of Flight Reports, including flight overview, passenger details, concierge notes, and any observed preferences or defects.
- Always represent the AirX brand with first-class, intuitive service.
Who We're Looking For?
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant is essential. If you've worked in VIP business aviation—especially on small private jets like the Challenger 850 or Legacy 600/650—that's a strong advantage.
- You bring a cheerful, upbeat energy, a team-first mindset, and a consistently polished, well-groomed appearance.
- You are fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- You are comfortable working long-haul flights, including overnight operations.
- You speak at least one additional language. We especially value Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish.
What We Offer You?
- A competitive salary package with additional benefits.
- Ongoing training and genuine professional development opportunities.
- A friendly, performance-driven environment where your voice is heard and your contributions are truly valued.
