Do You Have the Emirates Spirit?
We seek candidates who bring both the right qualifications and the right attitude—a blend of professionalism, empathy, and resilience. To embark on this journey, you should meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of a high school graduate qualification (Grade 12).
- Possess over one year of hands-on experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer service.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional language is a valuable asset.
- Exhibit a consistently positive attitude and a proven ability to provide excellent service within a diverse, multicultural team.
- Stand at least 160cm tall and be able to reach 212cm on tiptoes to access all onboard safety equipment.
- Have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates uniform.
- Be prepared to live and be based in Dubai, meeting all UAE employment visa requirements.

Your Earnings – Tax-Free:
As a Grade II Cabin Crew member, your competitive, tax-free salary is designed to reward your flying time. It comprises a fixed base, an hourly flying pay, and overseas allowances.
- Average Total Monthly Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 (about USD 3,100 / EUR 2,600 / GBP 2,280)*.
- This includes a basic salary of AED 4,980 per month and a flying pay of AED 69.60 per hour, based on an average of 80-100 flight hours monthly.
- *Figures are approximate for illustrative purposes. Meal allowances for night stops are included in the following month's salary.
