What We're Looking For?
We're searching for individuals who bring more than just qualifications—we're looking for people with heart, resilience, and a genuine passion for connecting with others.
Here's what you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service—you understand what it takes to make people feel valued
- A positive attitude and the natural ability to provide excellent service in a team environment, working with people from diverse cultures
- A minimum qualification of high school graduate (Grade 12) —your foundation for success
- Fluency in written and spoken English—clear communication is essential
- A height of at least 160 cm with the ability to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes, ensuring you can access emergency equipment on all aircraft types
- No visible tattoos while in Emirates cabin crew uniform (tattoos cannot be covered with bandages or cosmetics)
- The ability to meet UAE employment visa requirements—you'll be based in Dubai
Beyond the requirements, we're looking for someone who:
- Is determined to always perform to the highest standards
- Is solution-oriented and able to manage a demanding work schedule
- Can deliver an authentic, genuine experience to every customer
- Is culturally aware and reflects the Emirates personality—professional, empathetic, progressive, visionary, and cosmopolitan
What You'll Receive – A Rewarding Career Awaits
When you join Emirates as cabin crew, you'll enjoy a competitive, tax-free salary along with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your lifestyle in Dubai.
Your pay is made up of three components:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month
- Flying Pay: AED 69.60 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours per month)
- Overseas Meal Allowance: Credited to your salary in arrears the following month
- Average Total Pay: Approximately AED 11,244 per month (~USD 3,100, EUR 2,600, or GBP 2,280)
These figures are approximate for Grade II (Economy Class).
