About the Role
As a RoyalJet Flight Attendant, you’ll be at the forefront of our commitment to excellence, ensuring our guests experience the very best in comfort, discretion, and safety. This role goes beyond traditional cabin crew duties — it’s about creating unforgettable, personalized moments for some of the world’s most distinguished travelers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
What You’ll Do?
Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on board, while delivering seamless and elegant inflight service that reflects the RoyalJet brand. You’ll manage the cabin in collaboration with the Captain and Lead Flight Attendant, handle all preflight preparations, and make sure every detail — from catering to presentation — meets our exacting standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful, discreet service throughout the flight
- Prepare and serve fine dining meals with precision and grace
- Maintain impeccable cabin cleanliness and organization, even when operating away from base
- Adhere to all GCAA and company safety procedures and operational requirements
- Manage inflight documentation, inventory, and catering supplies
- Represent RoyalJet with polished professionalism, confidence, and warmth
Who You Are?
We’re looking for someone who embodies both refinement and resilience — a professional who thrives under pressure while keeping an unwavering focus on service and detail.
You’ll ideally bring:

- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with an international airline, including at least 1 year in First Class or VIP operations
- Previous hospitality or luxury service experience (hotel, catering, or private service)
- Current or recent flying experience, with valid or recently expired GCAA License preferred
- Completed Ab Initio Cabin Crew training, SEP, and Aviation Health training
- Strong command of English (additional languages are a plus)
- A polished appearance, excellent interpersonal skills, and genuine passion for customer service
A university degree is an advantage, along with advanced planning and organizational skills. You should also be comfortable with technology and capable of handling multiple priorities with grace and precision.
