Your Role: Curator of the Extraordinary
As a VIP Flight Attendant with RoyalJet, you'll work under the guidance of the Lead Flight Attendant while taking ownership of every detail that shapes our guests' experience. From safety management to service finesse, you'll ensure each flight reflects our signature standard of refined luxury. You'll anticipate needs before they're spoken, maintain impeccable cabin standards, and handle every situation with poise and professionalism. In our non-scheduled operation, no two days are alike—and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.
What You'll Be Responsible For?
- Championing all aspects of cabin safety and guest security, working in close coordination with the Captain and Lead Flight Attendant
- Delivering service that anticipates and exceeds expectations, handling guest requests with warmth, discretion, and impeccable timing
- Maintaining valid GCAA licenses, medical certifications, and all necessary documentation for global operations
- Thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where flexibility and calm under pressure are essential
- Upholding RoyalJet's grooming and service standards with confidence and immaculate presentation at all times
- Managing onboard equipment with care, minimizing losses, and ensuring pristine cabin conditions—especially during international layovers
- Bringing genuine passion for exceptional customer service to every aspect of your role, from pre-flight preparation to post-flight follow-through
What We're Looking For?
RoyalJet attracts the finest talent in VIP aviation, and our standards reflect that. To be considered for this exclusive opportunity, you should meet the following criteria:
Essential Requirements:
- Age between 23 and 30 years
- Minimum High School Diploma (University Degree is strongly preferred)
- Valid GCAA Cabin Crew License (mandatory)
- Valid GCAA Medical Certificate (mandatory)
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
- Currently flying or less than one year out of service (with valid, justifiable reasons)
- Strong swimming ability
- Impeccable grooming, presentation, and communication skills
- Intermediate computer proficiency
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with strong planning and organizational abilities
- A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine drive to grow professionally
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in VIP, First Class, or Business Class cabin service
- Knowledge of additional languages
- Background in catering, hospitality, or high-end customer service
- Deep organizational commitment and a natural ability to integrate seamlessly within a high-performing team
