Your Role: More Than Service—It's Creating Experiences
As the face of LEVEL in the skies, you'll be central to our passengers' journey, ensuring their safety, comfort, and enjoyment from takeoff to landing. Every flight is a new opportunity to connect, assist, and make travel memorable. You'll work in close partnership with your fellow crew members and flight deck to ensure seamless, safe, and positive operations, handling each day's unique challenges with confidence and a calm, professional attitude.

Is This You? Here's What We're Looking For
To join our crew, there are a few essentials you'll need. You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Hold the right to live and work in Spain (EU passport or valid Spanish work visa).
- Possess a passport that allows unrestricted worldwide travel and be eligible for visas, including to the U.S.
- Have completed a Baccalaureate or equivalent secondary education diploma.
- Hold a valid EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and a current EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate.
- Be fluent in both Spanish and English (minimum B2 level in spoken and written communication).
- Be fully flexible to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight layovers.
- Be able to reach 212cm and pass a comprehensive criminal and five-year background check.
No prior cabin crew experience? That's perfectly fine. We provide comprehensive, paid training to certify you for the skies. If you do have experience, we welcome and value it.
