What You’ll Do Onboard?
As a Cabin Crew member, your role is equal parts safety and hospitality. You’ll deliver professional inflight service, ensuring every passenger feels comfortable, cared for, and secure throughout the journey. From collaborating with pilots and ground staff to managing unexpected situations calmly, you’ll be a trusted representative of LEVEL in the air.
What We’re Looking For?
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Education: Completed Baccalaureate or equivalent diploma
- Languages: Fluent in both English and Spanish (minimum B2 level)
- Experience: Experience as Cabin Crew is not required—we’ll provide all the training you need to succeed. If you already have experience, that’s a plus!
- Certification: Valid Cabin Crew Attestation and valid EASA Cabin Crew Medical Certificate
- Height/Reach: Able to comfortably reach 212 cm
- Passport & Visas: Valid passport with unrestricted worldwide travel rights and ability to obtain a US visa
- Work eligibility: Legal right to live and work in Spain (EU passport holder or valid Spanish work visa)
- Personality: Passionate about service, adaptable, with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility: Available to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Background: Able to clear criminal record and five-year background checks
