Your Profile: Do You Have What It Takes?
We are looking for a candidate whose professionalism matches their personal presentation and dedication to service. The ideal colleague for our small, dedicated team will possess the following:
- A completed school education.
- Fluent command of both German and English in speech and writing; any additional language is a distinct advantage in our international environment.
- 1-2 years of direct experience as a VVIP Cabin Attendant is highly preferred, giving you a proven foundation in the nuances of ultra-private travel.
- A strong, innate service mindset paired with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- The qualities of a true team player: resilience, flexibility, and superb organizational ability.
- A consistently well-groomed appearance and a confident, composed manner.
- A full willingness to work a demanding schedule that includes shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- A valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for reliable transport.
- Residency in proximity to the Basel area (Switzerland/Germany/France) is essential for this base position.
