Your Role: Deliver Excellence in the Skies
As a Cabin Crew member, you are responsible for ensuring a safe and secure journey for our passengers, offering a high level of service, and creating a positive atmosphere on board. You'll handle a variety of tasks and work flexible, irregular hours with the goal of always delivering first-class hospitality.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- At least 18 years old
- Documented service experience—you've worked in a customer-facing role
- Ability to work flexible and irregular hours and get to the airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty
- Good knowledge of English (both spoken and written)
- Basic understanding of a Scandinavian language is desirable, with a willingness to actively develop these skills over time
- Good physical and mental health and the ability to meet medical examination requirements according to EASA regulations, including drug and alcohol testing
- Good swimming skills
- Valid passport and the ability to travel freely within the EU
- Legal right to work in Sweden
- Ability to follow Braathens' uniform regulations
Important: Employment requires an approved security assessment from the Swedish Transport Agency and the police authority, including a security interview, 5-year background check, reference checks, and a full police certificate/clean record.

Training Details
The course is unpaid and full-time, adapted to your level of experience:
- Four weeks for you without previous flying experience (w.50 - w.51 + w.1 - w.2)
- Two weeks if you have a valid CCA and have been flying actively for the last five years (w. 1 – w. 2)
