What You'll Be Doing?
As Cabin Crew on our ATR 72-600 aircraft, you'll take real ownership of the passenger experience. Your days will be varied, your hours flexible, and your environment dynamic. No two flights are ever the same.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring a safe and secure journey for every passenger from boarding to landing
- Offering a high standard of service with genuine warmth and professionalism
- Creating a positive, calm atmosphere on board—even when things get busy or unpredictable
- Handling a wide variety of tasks, from safety checks to serving refreshments
- Collaborating closely with your crew to solve challenges and support one another throughout each flight

What You'll Need to Qualify?
Before applying, please make sure you meet these essential requirements:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have documented experience in service or hospitality
- You can work flexible, irregular hours and can reach the airport within 90 minutes when on standby duty
- You speak a Scandinavian language fluently, and have good English skills (both written and spoken)
- You are in good physical and mental health and can meet EASA medical examination requirements, including drug and alcohol testing
- You have strong swimming skills
- You hold a valid passport and have the legal right to work in Sweden, with the ability to travel freely within the EU
- You can follow Braathens' uniform regulations (visible tattoos and piercings must comply with our policy)
- You are able to pass a security assessment from the Swedish Transport Agency and police authority, including a background check, reference checks, and a clean police record
