AirX Charter is expanding, and we’re looking for an exceptional VIP Flight Attendant to join our team onboard our Boeing Business Jet (BBJ 737). The Role
At AirX, our Flight Attendants are more than crew — they’re ambassadors of our brand. From the moment a guest steps onboard, you set the tone for their journey. Whether it’s greeting them in their native language, remembering a favorite drink, or anticipating needs before they’re spoken, you create the seamless, personalized service that defines private aviation at its best.
This is a role for someone who brings both professionalism and intuition, combining attention to safety with the ability to create a truly welcoming atmosphere. Beyond cabin service, you’ll also play a key part in the behind-the-scenes organization that keeps our flights running smoothly, from stock management to concierge reporting.
What You’ll Do?
- Ensure the BBJ 737 cabin is immaculate, stocked, and always ready for guests
- Welcome passengers onboard, assist with luggage, and make them feel at home from the first moment
- Deliver safety briefings and demonstrate emergency equipment with confidence and care
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to the highest standard, tailored to passenger preferences
- Anticipate needs and provide discreet, intuitive service throughout the flight
- Handle inflight issues such as first aid if required, coordinating with crew as needed
- Maintain detailed flight, concierge, and cabin reports to ensure continuity for future trips
- Represent AirX with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail on every journey
What We’re Looking For?
- A polished, professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented mindset
- A natural ability to connect with people, anticipate needs, and deliver exceptional service
- Fluent English skills, with additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, German, French, Italian, or Spanish considered a strong asset
- Experience with long-haul operations, including overnight flights
- Previous experience as a Flight Attendant, ideally in VIP or corporate aviation
