Your Role: Custodian of an Exclusive Journey
Reporting to the Head of Cabin Services, you will be the face of hospitality and safety onboard our B737 VIP charters. Your primary mission is to ensure the absolute comfort and well-being of our clients, crafting a warm, tailored, and discreet service from pre-flight preparation through to post-flight debrief. The role demands a flexible and proactive mindset, as you will operate a dynamic and changeable roster that includes day trips and multi-day assignments across the UK, Europe, and beyond.
To thrive in this environment, you must live within a commutable distance of London Stansted Airport and be committed to the variable schedule that defines our non-scheduled operation.
What You Bring to Our Team?

- Proven previous experience as Cabin Crew, preferably within the last five years.
- A valid UK Attestation of Cabin Crew Training, or the willingness to obtain one at your own expense prior to employment.

- Exceptional customer service instincts and a genuine passion for creating a bespoke VIP experience.
- Strong organisational skills and a diligent work ethic, both in the cabin and during pre/post-flight duties.

- A driven, motivated approach, with the willingness to go above and beyond to contribute to our team's overall success.
- Extreme flexibility to adapt to a changing roster pattern at short notice.

- Direct experience in both commercial airline and private charter flying environments.
