As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you’ll take on a leadership role that blends responsibility, teamwork, and passion for service. Based in Cologne, you’ll guide your crew in creating a seamless, safe, and welcoming onboard experience that reflects the spirit of German Airways.
What You’ll Do?
- Lead and coordinate the cabin crew to ensure smooth, professional service from boarding to landing
- Oversee cabin safety and ensure full compliance with EASA regulations and company procedures
- Deliver exceptional customer care, maintaining our standards for comfort and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with the flight deck to support operational efficiency and communication
- Manage post-flight reporting, documentation, and quality assurance tasks
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the crew
What You’ll Bring?
- Valid Cabin Crew Attestation and SCCM training certificate (in line with EASA ORO.CC.120 and ORO.CC.200)
- Proven experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or equivalent leadership role in aviation
- Valid medical certificate and negative drug screening
- Minimum age 21 years; minimum height 1.60 m
- Fluent English required; German or other European languages are a strong advantage
- Must live within 90 minutes of the Cologne/Bonn base for on-call availability
- Strong safety mindset, calm under pressure, and passionate about customer service
- IT literacy and access to a tablet or computer for flight preparation
- Valid passport (with unrestricted travel rights); for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit
- Professional, polished appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid hygiene certification (EU Regulation 852/2004)
