    Your Role: Leader, Coordinator, and Safety Guardian

    As our Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will be the operational lead in the cabin, responsible for the entire passenger experience and the performance of your team. Your leadership ensures every flight operates smoothly, safely, and to the standard our passengers expect.


    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Providing professional, attentive care to our passengers from the moment they step onboard until their departure.
    • Leading, managing, and coordinating the cabin crew team throughout all phases of flight operations.
    • Assuming ultimate responsibility for cabin safety, ensuring strict compliance with all EASA regulations (oro.cc) and company procedures.
    • Fostering seamless collaboration between the cabin crew and cockpit team to guarantee an optimal and secure flight experience.
    • Upholding our quality management system and being accountable for maintaining the highest safety and service standards.
    • Completing precise post-flight reports and administrative duties with accuracy and diligence.

    The Expertise You Bring

    We are looking for a certified professional who combines regulatory expertise with natural leadership and a service-oriented mindset.

    Required qualifications and attributes:

    • Minimum age of 21 and a minimum height of 1.60 meters.
    • Business fluency in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a strong advantage.
    • A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (EASA oro.cc.120) and a Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) training certificate (EASA oro.cc.200).
    • Proven professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in an equivalent aviation leadership role.
    • A valid Part-MED Class 2 medical certificate and a current negative drug screening result.
    • Residence within a 90-minute commute of Cologne/Bonn (CGN) for on-call duty readiness.
    • Resilience under pressure, an unwavering service ethic, and a paramount commitment to safety.
    • Solid IT skills and access to a tablet or PC for pre-flight preparations and administrative tasks.
    • A passport with unlimited travel validity (for non-EU citizens: a valid German residence and work permit).
    • Impeccable professional appearance, a confident and engaging personality, and outstanding teamwork and social skills.
    • Valid hygiene training certification according to EU Regulation (EC) No 852/2004.
