    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Senior Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for the professional care of passengers from boarding to farewell, managing and coordinating the cabin crew during flight operations, and ensuring smooth service while maintaining cabin safety in accordance with EASA regulations. You will collaborate with the cabin crew and cockpit team to provide an optimal flight experience, oversee quality management and compliance with safety standards, and handle reporting and administrative tasks after each flight.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old, business fluent in English, with German and other foreign languages considered an advantage. Professional experience as a Senior Cabin Crew Member or in a similar aviation position is required. A valid Cabin Crew Attestation (according to EASA ORA.CC.120) and an SCCM training certificate (according to EASA ORA.CC.200) are mandatory. Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure, a high service ethic, strong safety awareness, teamwork skills, and social competence. A minimum height of 1.60 m, a well-groomed, professional appearance, and a winning personality are essential. A valid medical certificate and a current negative drug screening are required. IT skills and access to a tablet or PC for flight service preparation are necessary. Candidates must be able to reach the workplace within 90 minutes for on-call duty. A passport with unlimited validity is required, and for non-EU citizens, a valid residence permit and work permit are necessary.
