Requirements
The successful candidate must be at least 18 years old, fluent in both written and spoken English with a minimum of ICAO Level 5 proficiency, and eligible to live and work in the EU. The candidate must hold a European passport with unrestricted travel rights. For Junior Cabin Crew, an EASA Cabin Crew Attestation, aviation experience, and a background in customer service roles are required. For Senior Cabin Crew, an EASA Attestation with at least one year of recent flying experience is necessary. The candidate must be capable of obtaining an EASA Cabin Crew Medical, have a height between 5ft 2in and 6ft, and be able to swim 25 meters unaided. A strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service are essential. The candidate must also be proactive, able to work independently, and capable of reaching their base airport within a 90-minute call-out time. Additionally, the candidate must be able to pass airport security vetting, including a five-year background check, and must have a clean criminal record.
