About the Role
This isn’t your typical nine-to-five job — it’s a lifestyle built around teamwork, adventure, and purpose. As part of our cabin crew, you’ll be the face of Universal Air, ensuring every flight runs smoothly, safely, and with our signature touch of class. You’ll work closely with the In-Flight Manager to deliver a seamless onboard experience where comfort and safety always come first.
Who We’re Looking For?
We’re searching for confident, customer-focused individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and know how to make passengers feel at ease. You’ll need to bring both professionalism and personality to the role — the kind that shines naturally, not just in uniform.
Requirements:
- Minimum age: 18
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for service
- Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to think on your feet
- Previous aviation or customer service experience is an advantage
- EASA Cabin Crew Attestation and valid medical certificate
- Height between 1.57m and 1.83m
- Able to swim 25 meters unaided
- Eligible to live and work within the EU
- Must live within 90 minutes of your assigned base
- European passport with unrestricted travel rights
- Clear criminal record and ability to pass airport security vetting
