Vista America is seeking a Cabin Host/Hostess based in Columbus. This is a unique opportunity to join a premium aviation team where you will serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that every flight is meticulously planned and delivered with exceptional attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
As a Cabin Host/ess, you will be expected to maintain discretion and respect in all interactions, ensuring guest confidentiality, while demonstrating a high level of professionalism with a polished demeanor, respectful communication, and a strong commitment to representing the company’s values. You must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time, manage multiple tasks without losing focus, and deliver seamless service across multiple flights per day. The position requires the ability to work 15 days on and 13 days off, handle, prepare, and serve a variety of food items including fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts, and be comfortable working in environments where exposure to animals and/or smoking may occur. You must also have the right to live and work in the US, along with unrestricted ability to travel in and out of the US.
Requirements
The successful candidate must have experience in areas of 5-star hospitality, fine dining, yacht or luxury yacht service, and premium first-class environments. They should have proven experience and confidence in working with high-net-worth individuals within a luxury hospitality setting and bring a genuine passion for hospitality, approaching every interaction with grace, warmth, and a servant-hearted attitude. Candidates must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to creating memorable, personalized experiences for each guest, while being warm, friendly, and approachable at all times. High levels of spoken and written English language skills are essential, along with flexibility and a desire to learn and grow in private aviation.
