As the sole cabin professional onboard, you are far more than a flight attendant; you are a Vista America brand ambassador and an experience curator. You will transform each flight into a seamless, bespoke journey, ensuring every detail—from pre-flight planning to the final farewell—reflects unparalleled thoughtfulness and discretion. - Brings a background in 5-star hospitality, fine dining, luxury yachting, or premium first-class airline service.
- Has proven experience serving high-net-worth individuals with utmost discretion, professionalism, and genuine warmth.
- Approaches every task with a servant-hearted attitude, grace, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Naturally anticipates needs and takes pride in creating memorable, personalized moments.
- Is warm, approachable, and maintains composure under pressure.
- Possesses excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Is adaptable, eager to learn, and ready to grow within the dynamic world of private aviation.
To Thrive in This Role
To thrive in this role, you must also meet these key requirements:
- Unwavering discretion and respect for guest confidentiality.
- A consistently polished and professional demeanor that reflects our core values.
- Physical stamina to be on your feet, manage multiple tasks seamlessly, and deliver exceptional service across potentially several flights in a day.
- Comfort with a rotational schedule of 15 days on duty followed by 13 days off.
- Ability to handle, prepare, and serve a wide variety of food items, including common allergens.
- Comfort working in environments where pets may be present or where clients may smoke.
- The legal right to live, work, and travel unrestricted in and out of the United States.
