Requirements
To excel as a Cabin Host/ess with Vista America, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Possess the unwavering ability to maintain absolute discretion and respect in all interactions, rigorously ensuring the confidentiality of our esteemed guests.
- Demonstrate an exceptionally high level of professionalism in every interaction, consistently maintaining a polished demeanor, engaging in respectful communication, and exhibiting a strong commitment to representing Vista America’s core values.
- Possess the physical capability to remain on your feet for extended periods, effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously without losing focus, and deliver seamless service across multiple flights within a single day.
- Be able to commit to a demanding yet structured work schedule of 15 days on duty followed by 13 days off, adapting to the operational rhythm of private aviation.
- Possess the ability to safely handle, prepare, and serve a diverse range of food items, including common allergens such as fish, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk, tree nuts, and peanuts, with a thorough understanding of cross-contamination prevention.
- Be comfortable working in environments where exposure to animals and/or smoking may occur, accommodating the preferences of our clientele.
- Must possess the legal right to live and work in the United States, along with the unrestricted ability to travel both in and out of the U.S., facilitating international operations.
