As a Corporate Cabin Attendant, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional level of personalized service to ensure the safety and comfort of our aircraft passengers. Your duties will include greeting passengers, assisting with their belongings, and explaining the use of safety equipment. You will also serve food and beverages with the highest level of presentation. In the event of an emergency, you will direct and assist passengers. Additionally, you will verify that first aid kits and other emergency equipment are in working order and secure the cabin before takeoff and landing.
Your responsibilities will extend to administering basic first aid to passengers in distress, reassuring passengers during turbulence, and assisting them during boarding and disembarking. You will also conduct preflight briefings, ensure that necessary supplies are on board, and facilitate VIP requests. Furthermore, you will shop for special items requested by passengers, stock lockers, prepare food, and inspect and clean the aircraft.
Your role will also involve completing preflight, in-flight, and post-flight paperwork, conducting periodic cabin checks, operating audio and video systems, and maintaining an organized inventory of supplies. By carrying out these duties, you will contribute to a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable flight experience for our passengers.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a strong foundation in Federal Aviation Regulations and hold a First Aid Training Certification. At least two years of experience as a Corporate Flight Attendant are essential. While not mandatory, candidates with flight attendant-specific training from reputable institutions like FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar are preferred. Annual recurrent training is a requirement for all candidates. Those without formal flight attendant training may be considered based on other qualifications but must complete an initial flight attendant training course before being assigned to flights. Preference is given to candidates who have recently completed FlightSafety, FACTs, or similar training within the past year.
Successful candidates must demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, a meticulous attention to detail, and a strong technological aptitude. Flexibility and patience are indispensable qualities. Culinary skills are considered a plus. The ability to manage a constantly changing schedule, including late-night flights, is crucial. Unrestricted worldwide travel capability, considering health and visa status, is essential. Proficiency in operating all features of the Cabin Management Systems, galley equipment, and cabin features, including berthing seats and converting the divan into a bed, is expected.
