    Benefits and Perks:

    • Starting Pay: $18.04 per block hour, increasing to $19.05 after six months and $20.75 after one year.

    Requirements

    • Age: Minimum of 19 years old
    • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
    • Valid Passport: Valid civilian passport and authorization to travel to and from all Air Wisconsin destinations
    • Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience
    • Background Checks: Successful completion of required background checks, including a 10-year background check, FBI fingerprinting, and pre-employment drug screening
    • Work Authorization: Legal authorization to work in the United States
    • Physical Requirements:
      • Maximum height of 5'10" (without shoes)
      • Reach a minimum of 68" above the ground
      • Stand, stoop, bend, squat, twist, turn, push, pull, and lift up to 45 lbs.
    • Language Proficiency: Proficient reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to various situations and work effectively under stress
    • Flexibility: Ability to work varied schedules, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
