What You’ll Do?
As a Cabin Attendant, you’ll be responsible for ensuring our passengers feel comfortable, safe, and well looked after from boarding to landing. You’ll represent our values — precision, hospitality, and dedication — while helping to create a calm and enjoyable atmosphere onboard.
- Welcoming and assisting passengers with professionalism and warmth
- Ensuring all safety procedures are followed throughout the flight
- Delivering high-quality inflight service that reflects our “Swiss through and through” philosophy
- Managing onboard communication, service coordination, and passenger needs
- Handling irregular schedules with flexibility and a positive attitude
What We’re Looking For?
We’re searching for enthusiastic team players who combine attention to detail with genuine care for people.
- Minimum age: 18 years
- Languages: fluency in German and English (minimum level B1)
- Documentation: Swiss passport or valid EU/EFTA passport with no travel restrictions
- Availability: willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Presentation: excellent grooming and professional appearance
- Height: between 152 cm and 190 cm
- Health: good overall health and fitness for duty
