Who We're Looking For?
We believe the right attitude is just as important as meeting our requirements. Our ideal candidate brings a warm, professional, and team-oriented spirit to everything they do. To ensure you're ready for takeoff, here are the key requirements:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You have good proficiency in both German and English (minimum level B1).
- You are in good health (a pre-employment medical examination is required) and are a confident swimmer.
- You are prepared for the exciting variability of our industry with a willingness to work flexible, irregular hours.
- Your height is between 152 cm and 195 cm.
- You hold a valid passport from Switzerland or the EU/EFTA without travel restrictions.
