What We're Looking For?
To join our Cabin Attendant team, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Height: Between 152 cm and 195 cm
- Languages: Good command of German and English (minimum B1 level)—you'll be communicating with passengers and crew in both languages
- Travel Documents: Valid Swiss or EU/EFTA passport without restrictions
- Working Hours: Willingness to work irregular hours—aviation is a 24/7 industry
Additional Requirements:
- Good health (a medical examination is required before employment) and confident swimming ability
- Enjoy working as part of a team—collaboration is at the heart of what we do
- Strong customer service and hospitality mindset—you genuinely enjoy helping others
- Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
