QantasLink, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, is looking for full-time Cabin Crew members for its Airbus A220 fleet based in Sydney. As Cabin Crew on the A220, you’ll have the chance to go above and beyond, making customers feel at home even at 30,000 feet—always with safety as the top priority.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be 18 years of age or older, have sound written and verbal communication skills in English to effectively follow or implement safety instructions, and possess recent experience in a customer-facing role. They must demonstrate passion and pride in consistently delivering exceptional customer service and hold a valid First Aid and CPR Certificate or be willing to obtain one. The candidate must adhere to all relevant training requirements and successfully pass all training assessments, maintain personal grooming standards, and ensure all areas of the cabin are clean. Excellent health and fitness are essential, including the ability to swim and tread water unassisted. The candidate must have a maximum height of 183 cm and a minimum reach of 212 cm from the ground, achieved with both hands at the same time while barefoot. Unlimited Australian working rights are required, and the candidate must be willing to work from the designated location and be able to arrive safely at work within 90 minutes, with travel expenses covered personally.
