Join Perimeter Aviation as a Flight Attendant!
If you’re passionate about aviation, adventure, and making a difference in people’s journeys, Perimeter Aviation invites you to join our team of dedicated Flight Attendants based in Winnipeg. Serving communities across Canada’s North, our crews play a vital role in connecting people, families, and businesses every day — and we take that responsibility to heart.
About the Role
As a Perimeter Flight Attendant, you’ll be the face of safety and hospitality onboard. You’ll ensure every flight is secure, organized, and welcoming, while providing genuine care to passengers traveling to some of the most unique and remote destinations in the country. You’ll also work closely with your crew and flight operations team to maintain the highest level of service and professionalism on every leg.
What You’ll Do?
- Participate in crew briefings and gather key flight details before each departure
- Conduct pre-flight inspections to verify all safety, emergency, and commissary equipment is ready for use
- Deliver safety announcements and inflight demonstrations with confidence and clarity
- Prepare the cabin for takeoff and landing while maintaining a calm and reassuring presence throughout the flight
- Offer a range of snacks and beverages, and accurately handle onboard sales and cash procedures
- Support and guide passengers, including those requiring additional assistance
- Complete pre-flight and post-flight paperwork and ensure the aircraft commissary is stocked and organized
- Adhere strictly to company procedures and Transport Canada safety regulations
- Participate in and successfully complete a comprehensive four-week initial training program
- Demonstrate respect and understanding of the diverse cultures and communities we serve across the North
- Assist in offloading freight when needed and perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring?
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- At least 1–2 years of customer service experience, ideally in a fast-paced or hospitality-related role
- A valid passport and the ability to obtain required transportation security clearances
- Indigenous and Cultural Awareness Training considered an asset
- Exceptional communication skills and a calm, professional approach in all situations
- A genuine passion for helping others and creating a welcoming environment onboard
What Makes You a Great Fit?
You’re adaptable, dependable, and thrive in dynamic environments. You take pride in representing a company that serves Canada’s northern communities with respect and care. You value teamwork but are equally comfortable working independently, as Perimeter Aviation operates a single flight attendant environment on many routes. You’re motivated, detail-oriented, and always ready to lend a hand where needed.
What to Expect?
This role requires flexibility and a readiness to travel frequently — sometimes to remote destinations and in varying weather conditions. You’ll need to be physically fit to lift up to 50 lbs and perform all required onboard duties safely and effectively.
Why Join Perimeter Aviation?
At Perimeter, you’ll be part of a close-knit, mission-driven team that values professionalism, safety, and community connection. We offer ongoing training, opportunities to grow within the company, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly supports northern communities that rely on us every day.
If you’re ready to bring your dedication, adaptability, and warm service to Perimeter Aviation — we’d love to hear from you.
