Your Role: A Guardian of Safety and Warmth Aloft
As the sole Flight Attendant onboard, you are entrusted with the complete safety and comfort of our passengers from pre-flight to post-flight. Your day begins with thorough preparation and closes with careful follow-through, ensuring every detail—from emergency equipment to cabin presentation—meets our high standards. You'll provide friendly, attentive service while demonstrating a deep respect for the diverse cultures and communities that define our network. This role is both hands-on and heart-driven, offering a unique blend of responsibility and connection.
A Glimpse Into Your Key Responsibilities:
- Leading pre-flight safety checks, cabin preparations, and ensuring all commissary and emergency equipment is fully prepared and organized.
- Conducting clear and confident safety briefings and announcements for passengers.
- Providing warm, hospitable snack and beverage service while responsibly handling onboard transactions.
- Completing all required pre-flight and post-flight documentation with accuracy.
- Managing aircraft commissary, including stocking and restocking supplies.
- Offering assistance and leadership to passengers and ground colleagues with professionalism and patience.
- Successfully completing and passing our comprehensive four-week initial training program.
- Assisting with light freight handling as needed, reflecting the versatile nature of our regional operations.
What You Bring to Our Team?

- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- One to two years of hands-on customer service experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain all necessary security clearances and travel authorizations.
- A valid passport.

Understanding Our Working Environment:
- A flexible schedule, including extended travel and overnight stays away from base.
- Working independently as the sole Flight Attendant on our aircraft.
- Performing duties in various weather conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
- Regularly lifting and carrying items up to 50 lbs.
- Travel by air and other means as required by operational needs.
