Air France is on the lookout for Flight Attendants with a passion for safety and customer service to join its award-winning team in Papeete base. With excellent interpersonal skills, strong listening abilities, and a solid team spirit, Air France cabin crew members serve as the airline’s main ambassadors, delivering a high standard of service and care to passengers on every flight.
Key Responsibilities:
As a cabin crew member, you will ensure passenger safety by complying with applicable regulations, provide customer service in line with Air France's quality and excellence standards, and personalize the customer relationship to contribute to customer satisfaction. Based at the Papeete base, cabin crew members carry out their duties on Air France’s long-haul network, specifically the PPT/LAX/PPT route.
Requirements
The successful candidate must hold a Baccalaureate (high school diploma), have a minimum English level of B2 according to the Common European Framework with tests such as Lilate, Linguaskill General or Business, TOEFL iBT, or Bright 5 Star accepted. At least three out of the four language skills must be assessed, with speaking, reading, and listening being mandatory, and each of the three tested competencies must individually meet the B2 level. The certificate must be dated within the past 24 months, and the original is required. Please note that the TOEIC test is no longer accepted. The candidate must also possess a valid European Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA), excluding former Air France "PCB" training contracts that are not considered regulatory cabin crew roles, and must be a resident of French Polynesia.
