As the face of Air France in the Pacific, you will embody our commitment to safety, quality, and personalized service. Your role is central to the customer experience, where meticulous attention to detail and a gracious team spirit create an atmosphere of trust and comfort onboard. Operating on our key PPT/LAX route, you will ensure every flight reflects the highest standards of aviation excellence while honoring the unique cultural warmth of your home.

Your Profile: Do You See Yourself in Our Crew?
We are looking for candidates who are not only qualified but who naturally resonate with our values of teamwork, meticulous care, and the art of hospitality.
Essential Criteria:
- Be a current resident of French Polynesia.
- Hold a Baccalaureate (high school diploma) or equivalent.
- Possess a valid European Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA).
- Achieve a minimum B2 level in English (per the Common European Framework) validated by one of the accepted certificates issued within the last 24 months:
- LILATE
- LINGUASKILL General English or Business (for tests from October 2025 onward, results must be shared via the platform with "Air France" as the recipient).
- Previous experience in aviation is a strong asset.
Mandatory Application Documents
Your application must be complete at the time of submission. Please prepare:
- Your CV
- Your Baccalaureate diploma (with CIEP/ENIC NARIC equivalency if obtained abroad) or the official French certificate of achievement from Diplome.gouv.fr for diplomas obtained after 1998.
- Your valid CCA
- Your English certificate
- A copy of your passport valid until at least 31/01/2027
- Your medical fitness certificate valid until at least 31/01/2027
- Proof of residence in French Polynesia (dated within the last 3 months)
- A US C1/D or B1/B2 visa, if already obtained
Please note: Only complete files will be reviewed. Submission of falsified information will result in immediate rejection. If you advance successfully, you will be required to provide a clean criminal record extract (Bulletin No. 3) issued within the last 3 months.
The Selection Journey
The process consists of three key stages:
- Comprehensive review of your complete application file.
- An asynchronous video interview, partially conducted in English.
- A final, individual interview held in Papeete in early March 2026.
Your Career Terms:
- Contract Type: Fixed-Term (CDD) for 6 months.
- Desired Start Date: 15 April 2026
- Schedule: Shift work, encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the flight roster.
