    Avianca is on the lookout for a full-time Cabin Crew member based at its Guatemala station. This is a great opportunity to join one of Latin America’s leading airlines, where you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety procedures, aeronautical regulations, onboard service, and company policies—contributing to a safe, efficient, and comfortable experience for all passengers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Cabin Crew member, you will be responsible for performing the procedures established in the Cabin Crew Manual, including conducting briefings, reviewing the latest circulars and bulletins, maintaining up-to-date documentation, complying with safety regulations, and ensuring proper personal appearance. You will execute the operational and onboard service procedures defined in the manuals during assignments, demonstrating sound decision-making in normal, contingency, and emergency situations to ensure safety and deliver excellent onboard service. Your goal is to create memorable travel experiences and earn customer loyalty through safe, empathetic, and solution-oriented service. You will also identify findings, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement in operational, safety, and onboard service processes related to Cabin Crew and report them through the Company’s designated channels. Additionally, you will report any issues to the Cabin Chief for proper logging in the cabin maintenance book, including anomalies, incidents, and inconsistencies, along with any other notes to be recorded in the flight report to ensure the smooth execution of operations. You will be expected to carry out onboard sales as defined by the Company according to established procedures.


    Requirements

    The successful candidate must have a technical, technologist, or professional degree in tourism, hospitality, administrative, or related fields, along with a certificate from a Civil Aviation-approved school. An English level of B2 is required, and a minimum of six months of experience in customer service is preferred.
