    Key Responsibilities:

    As a Global 6000 Cabin Attendant, you will be at the forefront of delivering a bespoke and secure private aviation experience. Your responsibilities will include:

    • Meticulously coordinating all pre-flight activities to guarantee the optimal maintenance status of emergency equipment, the pristine cleanliness of the cabin, the precise stocking of the aircraft with all necessary provisions, and the accurate fulfillment of catering orders onboard.
    • Operating under the direct authority of the assigned Pilot in Command for all duties related to the scheduled trip, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to flight directives.
    • Strictly adhering to all Federal Air Regulations (FARs), upholding the highest legal and operational standards in private aviation.
    • Ensuring complete passenger compliance with all regulatory requirements, conducting thorough briefings, and maintaining vigilance throughout the flight.
    • Maintaining continuous proficiency and currency as a Part 91 or Part 91/135 qualified crewmember, staying abreast of all operational updates and training requirements.
    • Conducting comprehensive emergency and service briefings prior to each flight segment, and meticulously ensuring the cabin is fully secured before taxiing.
    • Consistently complying with the General Operations Manual, all company policies and procedures, including the Travel & Entertainment Policy for Crewmembers, reflecting EJM’s commitment to operational integrity.
    • Providing the absolute highest level of customer service to our Owners and charter passengers. This includes warmly greeting all passengers, meticulously confirming the accuracy of the passenger manifest, and cultivating a first-class environment by expertly preparing and serving meals, attending to every need of the passengers, and maintaining an impeccably orderly cabin throughout the journey.
    • Actively contributing to the company’s overarching goals for safety, security, and quality through continuous compliance with the EJM Safety Management System (SMS) program. This also involves diligently reporting any safety, security, or quality recommendations or non-compliance observations through the appropriate established processes.

    Requirements

    We are seeking a highly professional and adaptable individual who can seamlessly integrate into our dedicated team. Candidates must meet the following essential requirements:

    • Must be at least 21 years old.
    • Demonstrated customer service experience is essential, with a strong preference for candidates possessing expertise in fine dining and culinary meal planning, reflecting the high standards of our in-flight service.
    • Possess excellent verbal communication skills, enabling clear, concise, and professional interaction with Owners, passengers, and crew.
    • A strong willingness to work irregular and extended hours, aligning with dynamic flight schedules and the unpredictable nature of private aviation.
    • Must successfully complete and pass the rigorous EJM Cabin Attendant Training Program, ensuring full preparedness for the specific demands of this role.
    • Certified to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and proficient in the usage of an automated external defibrillator (AED), demonstrating readiness for medical emergencies.
    • Thoroughly proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and possess in-depth knowledge of emergency procedures, ensuring swift and effective response in critical situations.
    • Knowledgeable and compliant with safe food handling procedures, guaranteeing the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all onboard catering.
    • Capable of proper cleaning and laundering of all cabin linens and serving ware, maintaining a pristine and luxurious environment.
    • Ability to proficiently operate all entertainment systems and equipment on board the aircraft, as well as perform basic troubleshooting to ensure seamless functionality.
    • Accountable for the meticulous purchase and stocking of all cabin supplies and catering, sourcing from high-quality bakeries, markets, and restaurants to meet Owner preferences.
    • Preference will be given to local candidates residing within a two-hour radius of Oxford, CT (KOXC) airport, especially those with prior experience working on large cabin aircraft.
    • Qualified applicants must be current with Flight Safety or Aircare FACTS training, specifically including "Abnormal and Emergency Procedures" and all areas of cabin systems and operations.
