The Role
As a Cabin Crew member, you’ll be the face of Air Arabia Abu Dhabi, creating memorable journeys for our passengers while ensuring their safety and comfort from take-off to landing. You’ll balance inflight service with safety responsibilities, acting as both host and guardian of the cabin. This is a career that demands professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability — and rewards you with experiences that go far beyond a traditional job.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Attending preflight briefings and preparing for each flight with the highest level of professionalism
- Welcoming passengers on board, assisting with boarding, and ensuring everyone feels comfortable and safe
- Delivering safety demonstrations, monitoring cabin security, and responding to inflight situations with confidence and care
- Providing first aid support when required and ensuring compliance with safety regulations at all times
- Creating exceptional customer experiences by attending to passenger needs and requests throughout the flight
- Promoting and selling onboard meals, duty-free products, and supporting Air Arabia’s “Charity Cloud” initiatives to achieve both personal and team sales targets
- Managing cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Performing pre- and post-flight checks, ensuring all catering, cabin, and safety equipment are in place
- Coordinating with cleaning, catering, and ground staff to maintain a spotless and well-stocked cabin
- Keeping your skills sharp by attending recurrent training in safety, first aid, and emergency procedures
What We’re Looking For?
- Passionate about travel and customer service, with a positive and adaptable mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to interact with passengers of diverse backgrounds
- Professional appearance with clear skin and no visible tattoos or marks while in uniform
- Physically and medically fit to meet the demands of the role, including the ability to swim with the aid of a flotation device
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, shift-based schedule
Requirements:
- Age: 20–26 years for newcomers; up to 33 years for experienced cabin crew
- Minimum height: 160 cm (Female), 168 cm (Male), with weight in proportion to height and age
- Education: Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (Tourism/Travel diploma is a plus)
- Fluent in written and spoken English; Arabic is highly preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply — previous experience in airlines, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage
- Active cabin crew license is a bonus
