Air Arabia Is Hiring Cabin Crew in Sharjah & Abu Dhabi!
If you're energetic, people-focused, and passionate about delivering a warm and memorable inflight experience, Air Arabia is welcoming new Cabin Crew members to join its expanding UAE bases in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi. This role is all about representing the airline with confidence and professionalism, ensuring every passenger feels safe, comfortable, and cared for while contributing to a smooth and enjoyable journey from boarding to landing.
As a Cabin Crew member, you become an ambassador for the region's leading low-cost carrier—someone who embodies hospitality, maintains exceptional safety awareness, and keeps operations running efficiently even on the busiest days. The job requires readiness, discipline, and a genuinely positive attitude, but it also offers the kind of fast-paced, multicultural work environment that helps young professionals grow and thrive in aviation.
What You'll Be Doing Onboard?
From the moment you report for duty, you'll take ownership of your role and ensure you're fully prepared—properly groomed, briefed, and fit to fly. You'll attend pre-flight briefings, understand your responsibilities for the sector, and make sure you're familiar with all service and safety expectations before stepping onto the aircraft.
Once on board, you'll play a key role in passenger safety by delivering clear safety instructions, responding confidently to unusual situations, and supporting the Cabin Supervisor with any operational concerns. You'll administer first aid when needed and handle real-time decisions with calm and professionalism.
On the service side, you'll welcome guests with genuine warmth, assist them with their seating and travel needs, and offer helpful solutions whenever challenges arise. You'll also support the airline's onboard service programs by promoting meals, products, and charitable initiatives, managing transactions accurately, and contributing to revenue targets without compromising the guest experience.
Operational Excellence & Post-Flight Duties
Behind the scenes, you're also responsible for the finer operational details that keep flights running smoothly. This includes carrying out pre-flight safety and equipment checks, verifying catering and cabin cleanliness, reporting shortages, and maintaining clear communication with the flight deck and cabin leadership.
After the flight, you'll document and share relevant reports, participate in debriefings, highlight irregularities, and support the cabin team in ensuring that each sector closes according to procedure. You may occasionally be assigned to act as Cabin Supervisor, demonstrating leadership, accountability, and strong situational awareness.
You will also continue to strengthen your skills through regular refresher courses, emergency procedure training, and service development programs—keeping your license up to date and your knowledge sharp.
Who Succeeds in This Role?
Air Arabia is looking for individuals who bring both the right personality and the necessary physical readiness. You should be friendly, approachable, and naturally customer-oriented, with the ability to stay upbeat even during demanding travel days. Confidence, resilience, and the ability to manage stressful or emotional situations are key qualities for this position.
Here are the core requirements:
- Age requirement: 20-26 years for fresh candidates; up to 33 for experienced crew
- Minimum of Higher Secondary education; a diploma in Travel & Tourism is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
- Excellent communication skills and a naturally cheerful, polished presence
- Minimum height: 160 cm (women), 168 cm (men) with weight in healthy proportion
- Clear skin and no visible tattoos when in uniform
- Medically fit, with the ability to swim using a flotation device
