Your Mission: To Be the Heartbeat of Every Flight
As the face of Air Arabia, you will be central to our passengers' experience from pre-flight briefing to post-flight report. Your primary role is to ensure everyone's safety while providing outstanding, attentive service that encourages loyalty and reflects our positive corporate image. You'll work as a key member of a close-knit onboard team, where initiative, professionalism, and a cheerful attitude are the standards. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same, offering you structured growth within a supportive and fast-paced aviation environment.
A Glimpse into Your Key Responsibilities:
- Safety & Compliance: Be our passengers' guardian by confidently demonstrating safety procedures, vigilantly identifying potential risks, and administering first aid when necessary. You will strictly follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and report any irregularities promptly to the Cabin Supervisor and flight deck.
- Excellence in Service: Provide a welcoming and helpful presence from the moment passengers board. You'll attentively handle individual requests, assist those needing special care, and contribute to a pleasant cabin atmosphere throughout the flight.
- Onboard Excellence: Conduct thorough pre-flight checks of cabin supplies and safety equipment. You will assist in ensuring the aircraft is perfectly prepared at transit points and manage the orderly handover of the cabin to ground services.
- Team Contribution & Growth: Actively participate in pre- and post-flight briefings, provide constructive feedback, and take on the role of Cabin Supervisor when designated. You will also play a direct role in supporting our commercial and charitable goals by promoting onboard sales and the "Charity Cloud" program with integrity.

- Education: A minimum of a Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma; a qualification in Travel/Tourism is beneficial.
- Character & Skills: Presentable, friendly, and customer-service obsessed. You must be resilient, capable of managing difficult situations calmly, and an excellent communicator in English (additional languages are a strong advantage).
- Professional Competencies: You are a proactive team player with strong time-management and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications is required.
- Health & Flexibility: You must be medically fit to fly, with no contraindications for cabin crew duties. The role requires high flexibility for shift work, extended hours, and frequent changes to schedules.
- Experience: While fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, prior experience in cabin crew, aviation, hospitality, or customer service is a valuable asset. An active cabin crew license or training in First Aid/Safety Procedures is also advantageous.
