Jet Aviation is looking for a professional Cabin Attendant to join our team in Moline, IL. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering personalized service, has a keen eye for detail, and understands the importance of balancing hospitality with safety in a private aviation environment.
About the Role
As a Cabin Attendant, you’ll be the face of Jet Aviation onboard, ensuring every passenger enjoys a seamless, comfortable, and safe journey. From managing inflight catering to maintaining cabin readiness, you’ll play a central role in both passenger care and aircraft operations. When not flying, you’ll also support administrative, training, and operational functions that keep our standard of service at the highest level.
What You’ll Do?
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Partner with the PIC and flight crew to coordinate daily operations
- Conduct preflight inspections and ensure the cabin is impeccably clean and well-stocked before every flight
- Plan, source, and prepare catering, tailoring menus to passenger preferences and delivering meals with fine-dining presentation
- Provide safety briefings and assist in all emergencies, from medical situations to aircraft evacuations
- Operate and maintain knowledge of all safety and service equipment onboard
- Support passengers with luggage, seating, entertainment systems, and individual needs—including children, passengers with disabilities, and VIP requests
- Maintain passenger profiles, post-trip reports, and detailed records of expenses, catering, and service
- Shop and coordinate for owner-requested cabin and interior items, from amenities to fine details
- Keep bedding, galley, and cabin supplies organized and replenished
- Represent Jet Aviation professionally with clients, vendors, and industry partners
What We’re Looking For?
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma (required); college degree preferred
- Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training (FlightSafety or equivalent)
- A polished, professional presence with a genuine passion for service and safety
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role, including at least 2 years in luxury food service or hospitality
- MedAire training or valid CPR/AED certification
- Experience supervising or training others is a plus
Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina and flexibility. You’ll need to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs overhead. Standing, walking, and managing cabin equipment are part of the day-to-day. Clear vision, focus, and mobility are essential to delivering safe and efficient service.
