About the Role
As a Luxaviation Flight Attendant, you’ll combine safety expertise with five-star service. Your top priority will be the wellbeing and comfort of our passengers, while ensuring every flight meets the highest operational standards. From silver-service catering to cabin presentation, you’ll be at the center of creating a seamless, world-class journey for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Supporting the pilots in the safe and efficient operation of every flight
- Overseeing all aspects of passenger safety, comfort, and compliance throughout the journey
- Preparing and delivering premium catering in line with Luxaviation standards and passenger requests
- Managing pre-flight, inflight, and post-flight responsibilities, including cabin checks and documentation
- Ensuring the cabin, galley, and bathrooms are maintained to immaculate standards at all times
- Coordinating and executing emergency procedures if required, while keeping the flight crew informed
- Managing passenger equipment, amenities, and stock levels
- Maintaining impeccable grooming and personal presentation as an ambassador for Luxaviation
- Keeping all personal travel documents, licenses, and certifications up to date
- Responding with professionalism and discretion to passenger requests and special requirements
Working Hours
Your roster will follow Flight and Duty guidelines and may include extended travel periods.
What We’re Looking For?
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver service at the highest VIP level
- Excellent time management and attention to detail
- Demonstrated knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and luxury service standards
- Exceptional grooming and personal presentation
- A collaborative team player who is also confident working independently
- Flexibility to work long and irregular hours, including extended trips away from home
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and safety-focused
- Previous experience in corporate or VIP aviation is highly desirable
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
