Your Role: Curating a Bespoke In-Flight Experience!
In this role, you are the cornerstone of a truly personalized journey. Your focus is on creating an atmosphere of effortless comfort and security, where every detail reflects the highest standards of excellence. Beyond inflight service, you will be a steward of the aircraft environment, ensuring every element—from the galley to the cabin—is impeccably prepared. This position demands a unique blend of autonomous initiative and seamless collaboration, working in concert with a small, dedicated team to orchestrate flawless global travel.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Upholding the utmost discretion and confidentiality to protect the privacy of the principal and guests at all times.
- Providing intuitive, attentive service that prioritizes passenger safety, comfort, and well-being throughout all phases of flight.
- Planning, preparing, and presenting gourmet meals and beverages, utilizing your culinary expertise to tailor offerings to specific tastes and occasions.
- Proactively anticipating needs and cultivating a warm, trusting rapport with passengers.
- Meticulously managing the cabin and hangar areas, including inventory, provisioning, and ensuring a pristine, welcoming environment.
- Collaborating closely with fellow crew members and the flight deck to coordinate all operational and logistical details.
- Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with external vendors, including caterers, chefs, and specialty suppliers.
- Actively participating in our Safety and Quality Management System (SQMS) to uphold our unwavering commitment to safety and procedural excellence.
What You Bring to Our Team?
We are looking for candidates who embody professionalism and passion. The ideal applicant will possess:
- A valid US Passport, driver's license, and unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- A background in culinary arts or formal culinary training is essential.
- Prior experience as a Flight Attendant or Cabin Server on large-cabin business jets (Bombardier Global or Gulfstream aircraft preferred).
- 3-5 years of verifiable experience in ultra high-end customer service, such as in luxury hospitality, yachting, or fine dining.
- A deeply collaborative, team-oriented spirit and an authentic passion for exceptional service.
- A High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional flexibility to work varying schedules, including holidays, weekends, nights, and on-call shifts, with the ability to travel on short notice.
- The initiative to work independently, coupled with the poise to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a professional yet personable demeanor.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and G Suite (Google Workspace).
- The physical ability to lift 25 lbs and perform duties that involve sitting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
