    Your Role: The Heartbeat of Our In-Flight Experience!

    As a vital member of our Cabin Crew based in El Salvador, you will be the ambassador of safety, comfort, and Avianca's warm hospitality at 30,000 feet. Your primary mission is to ensure every operation is safe, smooth, and leaves our passengers feeling genuinely cared for. This role requires agility, a strong sense of responsibility, and the autonomy to make smart decisions that prioritize safety while delivering exceptional service.


    What You'll Do?

    • Be the guardian of our standards by meticulously following all procedures in the Cabin Crew Manual, from pre-flight briefings to maintaining impeccable personal presentation.
    • Create memorable journeys by expertly executing onboard service and operational procedures, handling both routine flights and unexpected situations with calm, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
    • Be our eyes and ears by proactively identifying and reporting any findings or opportunities for improvement in safety and service processes to help us constantly elevate our operation.
    • Ensure seamless operations by communicating any irregularities or maintenance needs to the Cabin Manager, keeping all necessary documentation accurate and up-to-date.
    • Contribute to our onboard commercial initiatives by conducting sales and product presentations in line with our established procedures.

    Are You the Talent We're Looking For?

    To embark on this journey with us, you'll need:

    • Education: A completed Cabin Crew School program, with a transcript certificate. Possession of a valid cabin crew license is a strong advantage.
    • Language: Proficiency in English at a B2 level or equivalent.
    • Experience: At least 6 months of experience in a customer-facing role (highly desirable).
    • Essential Skill: The ability to swim and float comfortably.
    • Location & Commitment: You must be based in and able to work from El Salvador.
