Your Role: The Essential Link in an Island Adventure
As a Flight Attendant on our seaplane fleet, you are the first and last point of contact for guests embarking on a quintessential Maldivian experience. Operating in our dynamic island-hopping environment, you'll ensure a safe, comfortable, and mesmerizing journey over our stunning atolls. This role demands a unique blend of professionalism, local knowledge, and the ability to provide personalized service in an intimate cabin setting. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Ensuring the absolute safety, comfort, and well-being of all passengers throughout the seaplane flight.
- Providing clear, reassuring briefings and assistance, helping guests navigate the unique aspects of seaplane travel.
- Strictly adhering to all safety regulations and standard operating procedures specific to the DHC-6 aircraft and marine operations.
- Delivering exceptional, personal service that reflects the warm hospitality of the Maldives.

What You Bring to Our Crew?
We are looking for candidates who embody the spirit of Maldivian hospitality and professionalism. To qualify, you must have:
- A minimum of three GCE O' Level passes (above grade C), including English, or an equivalent qualification recognized in the Maldives.
- A warm, engaging personality with outstanding communication skills and a genuine desire to help people.
- The resilience and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, operationally diverse environment.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous approach to safety.
- The ability to work perfectly within a close-knit team.
- Maldivian citizenship.
A Distinct Advantage
Possession of a valid Cabin Crew license with a specific DHC-6 Twin Otter rating will be a significant advantage for your application.
